The O.C" dizisinin yıldızı Mischa Barton, genç kuşak televizyon izleyicilerinin yeni idolü. Şık giyim tarzıyla da adından söz ettiren Barton, Ok dergisine verdiği röportajda ilginç açıklamalarda bulundu.

Mischa Barton, henüz 20 yaşında ve daha şimdiden birçok hayalini gerçekleştirmiş durumda. Londra doğumlu Barton, "The O.C" dizisiyle yakaladığı popülerliğin keyfini çıkarıyor.

Warner Bros’un çekeceği "Supergirl" filminde oynayacağı konuşulan Barton, sadece iş hayatında değil özel hayatında da mutluluğu yakalamış durumda. Rock müzik şarkıcısı Cisco Adler’le birlikte olan Barton, sevgilisiyle çok iyi anlaşıyor.

Genç oyuncunun en önemli özelliklerinden biri ise modayla yakından ilgilenmesi. Mischa Barton’u stil ikonu olarak tanımlayanların sayısı bir hayli fazla. Barton ise, "Ben başkalarını memnun etmek için giyinmiyorum. Moda yaratıcıları da umurumda değil. Sadece kişiliğime uyan modelleri seçmeye özen gösteriyorum" sözleriyle bu tanımlamayı umursamadığı ifade ediyor. Genç oyuncu, aynı umursamaz tavrını paparazziler söz konusu olduğunda da koruyor. "Paparazziler benim peşimi bırakmıyorlar. Bu da beni huzursuz ediyor. Genellikle paparazzileri görmezden geliyorum. Onlarla kavga etmeye kalkışırsam, sonucun benim için çok kötü olacağını biliyorum. Paparazzileri önemsememek, onlara ilgi göstermemek bence çok doğru."
