Filmin konusunu oluşturan ayrılık konusunda en iyi tavsiyeyi ise Aniston verdi. Aniston, "seni öldürmeyen şey, seni sadece güçlendirir" yorumunda bulundu.
Filmin Türkiye'deki vizyon tarihi ise henüz belli olmadı.

'X-Men'i tahtından eden film, ilk sıraya yükseldi.
BBC'nin internet sitesindeki habere göre, 'The Break Up' filmi yapımcılarını zengin etti.
Aniston'ın Brad Pitt ile boşanmasının ardından 'The Break Up'ta Vince Vaughn ile başrolü paylaştı. Çift, rol arkadaşlığını ise özel hayatlarına taşıdı.
Filmin başarısının yapımcıları da şaşırttığı, Universal film şirketinin bu hasılattan 10 milyon dolar daha aşağısını beklediği kaydedildi.
Gösterime girdiği ilk hafta rekora imza atan 'X-Men', bu hafta sonu 34.3 milyon dolar, geçtiğimiz haftaların rekortmen filmi 'Da Vinci Şifresi' ise bu hafta iki sıra daha gerileyerek 19.3 milyon dolar hasılat elde etti.
'The Break Up', ilişkileri tehlikeye girmesine rağmen Chicago'daki apartman dairesini paylaşmayı sürdüren bir çiftin öyküsünü anlatıyor.

Çift hakkında çıkan haberler karşısında cesur olmaya çalışan, hatta haftalar önce Pitt’in annesini arayarak tebrik eden 37 yaşındaki aktris, Shiloh Nouvel’ın doğum haberi karşısında gözyaşlarına engel olamadı.
Aniston’ın yakın arkadaşı Tiffany Laws’un İngiliz dergisi Star’a “Jen gözyaşlarına boğuldu. Vince’in (yeni sevgilisi) yanında duygularını saklamaya çalıştı ama Vince’de ağlamasının gayet normal olduğu konusunda onu yatıştırmaya çalıştı. Brad Pitt ve Angelina Jolie’nin kızı dünyaya gelince, herkes Brad Pitt’in eski eşi Jennifer Aniston’ın doğuma nasıl bir tepki göstereceğini merak ediyordu.
Ancak oyuncu, New York’ta gazetecilerle konuşurken bu konuya hiç değinmedi ve uyurgezer olduğunu itiraf ederek herkesi şaşırttı. Bu derdinden kurtulmak için çok çaba harcadığını söyleyen Aniston, sonunda özel bir çalar saat sayesinde uykuda yaptığı gezintilerden kurtulmayı başarmış. -Jennifer Aniston is sick of the unbroken rumors she’s engaged to Vince Vaughn. The most awful think is that all that rumors became to appear as really serious news. “I’m not engaged and I don’t have a ring and I haven’t been proposed to. Normally we don’t even acknowledge these things because they’re endless, at this point; the thing that got me was that I was getting phone calls from Greece!
-Jennifer Aniston is toying with idea of taking a break from Hollywood to try her hand at theatre. The former ‘Friends’ star, who has carved out a niche in romantic comedies is eager to prove her versatality as an actor , and that’s the resaon she is keen to act in a play. “I would love to do a play. I’ve thought about that a lot. Wow, I’d love to. What kind of play? I don’t know. I’m open,” Contactmusic quoted her, as saying. Aniston will be soon seen with beau Vince Vaughn in a bitter sweet romantic comedy titled ‘The Break Up’. Two of Aniston’s Friends castmates David Schwimmer and Matthew Perry have already appeared on stage in London and Chicago.
