"Brıdget Jones'un Günlüğü" serisiyle geniş bir hayran kitlesine sahip olan Renee Zellweger, yeni filminde bir yazarın hayatını oynuyor.

Renee Zellweger, Bridget Jones'luktan çıkıp şimdi de yazar oldu. Yönetmenliğini Chris Noonan'ın üstlendiği, başrollerini Zellweger, Emily Watson ve Ewan McGregor'ın üstlendiği 'Miss Potter' filminin galası New York'ta yapıldı. Filmde ünlü İngiliz çocuk kitapları yazarı Beatrix Potter'ın hayat hikayesi anlatılıyor.

Dünyanın en ünlü çocuk kitapları yazarı Beatrix Potter'ın gerçek yaşam öyküsü 'Miss Potter' ile beyazperdeye taşınıyor.

Yönetmenliğini Chris Noonan'ın üstlendiği, başrollerini Renee Zellweger ile Ewan McGregor'un paylaştığı 'Miss Potter'da dünyanın en ünlü çocuk kitapları yazarı Beatrix Potter'in gerçek yaşam öyküsü anlatılıyor.

Senaryosunu Richard Maltby Junior'un yazdığı filmde, yazdığı çocuk kitaplarının resimlerini de kendi yapan Beatrix Potter'in yaşamını, romantizm ve sevgiyi arayışını, Victoria dönemi İngilteresi'nde verdiği kişisel bağımsızlık mücadelesi yer alıyor.

Karakterin kendini heyecanlandırdığına değinen Renee Zellweger, "Büyülendim, üstesinden geldiği, katkıda bulunduğu ve başa çıktığı olayları öğrendikten sonra gerçekten büyüledi beni Beatrix karakteri... Üstün başarısını, yeteneğini, hak ettiği şöhretini takdir etmemek elde değil. Ona benzemeye çalıştığınızda ise herşey daha da berraklaşıyor. Bunun yanında onun bakış açısını ve hayal gücünü anlamaya çalışınca anlıyorsunuz ki o inanılmaz bir karakter" dedi.

Çok sevilen kitaplarının aksine gerçek hayatı pek de bilinmeyen Beatrix Potter, hayatı boyunca yazdığı 23 adet Peter Rabbit kitabında başta dünyaca ünlü tavşan Peter Rabbit olmak üzere çok sayıda hayvan karakteri yaratmıştı.

Kendine hiçbir zaman destek olmayan baskıcı annesine ve Victoria dönemi İngilteresi'nin şovenist baskılarına karşı mücadelesiyle tanınan Potter, daima yayıncısı Norman Warne'ın yanında oldu ve onun 1905 yılındaki ölümünden kısa bir süre önce nişanlandı.

Yönetmen Chris Noonan, "Beatrix'in yaşamını ve karakterini titizlikle incelediğimi düşünüyordum. Artık bu konuda Renee ile canlandıracağı karakteri oluşturması için gereken konuşmaları yapmalıydım. Renee'nin provalar sırasında 'bu kadar da olmaz, böyle biri olamaz' diyeceğini düşünüyordum. Ancak Renee'nin gereken araştırmayı benden de iyi bir şekilde yaptığını gördüm. O kadar araştırmış ve bu karakterin oluşmasını sağlayacak o kadar büyük detaylar öğrenmişti ki onun Beatrix'i anlama ve onu canlandırma biçimine hayran oldum" dedi.

Ewan McGregor'un Beatrix'in büyük aşkı Norman Warne'ı canlandırdığı filmde Potter'in anne-babasını Barbara Flynn ile Bill Patterson, Norman Warne'in kızkardeşi Millie'yi ise Emily Watson oynadı.

'Miss Potter'ın başrolünde oynayan Renee Zellweger aynı zamanda filmin prodüksiyon amirliğini de yaptı. Filmin yönetmenliğini, 1995 yapımı 'Babe' ile adını duyurduktan sonra 11 yıldır film dünyasından uzak kalan Chris Noonan üstlendi.

Beatrix Potter'in kaleme aldığı öykülere esin kaynağı olan hayal dünyasının, çevresindeki insanların ve yaşadığı yerlerin ekrana yansıtılmasında animasyon ve 'live-action' teknikleri birleştirildi.

Renee Zellweger gerçek yaşamında bir kez evlenmiş ve kısa süren evliliğinin ardından boşanmıştı, başarılı aktrist artık zamanın değiştiğini ve kadınların şimdi o büyük zorlukları yaşamadığını düşünüyor.

Renee Zellweger, "Kadınların seçenekleri yıllar geçtikçe arttı ve artık sosyal yaşamda daha fazla yer alabiliyorlar. Bu nedenle artık birçok kadının kendi yaşamını ve eşini seçebildiğini ve ailelerine çok da eleştiri hakkı vermediklerini görebiliyorum" dedi.

Özel hayatını afişe etmeyen, sadece filmleriyle gündemde olmak isteyen Renee Zellweger, başarılı projelerde yer almaya devam ediyor.

Bridget Jones karakteriyle özellikle aşkı yanlış yerlerde arayan kadınların idolü haline gelen Renee Zellweger, Madame Figaro dergisindeki röportajında hayatıyla ilgili bilinmeyenleri anlattı. İşte Zellweger'in söyledikleri... Kenny Chesney ile yaşananlar geçmişte kaldı ve geçmişi deşmek asla hiçbir şeyi çözümlemez. Ben yaptıklarımla ilgili asla toplumun onayını beklemiyorum. Dedikodu ya da skandal korkusuyla değil ama özel hayatımda yaşadığım tecrübeler çok değerli olduğu için sadece yakınlarımla paylaşıyorum. Beatrix Potter'ı canlandıracağım "Miss Potter" filmi benim için çok önemli. Onun da benim gibi gizli kalmış yönleri vardı ve bu işimi kolaylaştırdı. Hayattaki tek amacım iyi bir oyuncu olabilmekti. Oyunculuktan vazgeçmeyi hiç düşünmedim. Oscar heykeline baktığımda sanki hediyelik eşya dükkanından satın aldığım hissine kapılıyorum. Uzun zamandır hayatımda kimse yok. Yalnızlık beni üzmüyor. Hayatımı böyle çok seviyorum.

"Bridget Jones" filmlerinin tombul ve sevimli Bridget'i Renee Zellweger, "Seinfeld" dizisinin yaratıcısı Jerry Seinfeld'in yeni animasyon filminin New York'taki gösteriminde "sıfır beden" vücuduyla herkesi şaşkına uğrattı.
İngiliz "This is London" adlı internet haber sitesi, Zellweger'in, adeta kemiklerinin sayıldığı fotoğraflarını yayımladı. Zellweger'in "tüm kıvrımlarını yitirdiği" belirtildi.

Zellweger'in, "straplez elbisesinin altındaki ince kolları, tay bacağı gibi bacakları ve incelmiş vücudu için fazla büyük görünen kafasıyla kemiklerini sergilediği" yazıldı.
Zellweger'in sıfır bedenini, her gün yaptığı iki saatlik antrenmanlarla Hollywood tepelerindeki yaklaşık 20 kilometrelik yürüyüşlere borçlu olduğu belirtildi.

Bridget Jones denince aklınıza ilk ne geliyor? Tabii ki yaşına, kilosuna ve yalnızlığına karşın ayakta durmaya çalışan bir kadın. Bir de bu karakteri canlandıran Renee Zellweger'in aldığı kilolar. Zellweger bu rol için doktor kontrolünde özel bir "şişmanlama diyeti" yaptı. Diyet sırasında pizza, yerfıstıklı sandviç gibi en sevdiği yiyeceklerden yedi ve tam 13 kilo aldı.

Zellweger'in yırtmaç şakası

Ünlü yıldız Renee Zellweger seslendirme kadrosunda yer aldığı Bee Movie adlı filmin Londra galasına katıldı.

Oscarlı Renee Zellweger, geçtiğimiz günlerde Los Angeles Havalimanı'nda güvenlik kontrolünden geçerken objektiflere yakalandı. Yasalara göre belli miktarlarda sıvı geçişine izin veren havalimanı yetkililerini zor durumda bırakmayı istemeyen ünlü yıldız, elindeki su şişesini kafasına dikti. Suyu bittikten sonra tüm kozmetik ürünlerini güvenlik görevlisine gösteren Zellweger, bu hareketleriyle polisten tam not aldı.
