Üçleme olarak tasarlanmamasına rağmen üçe tamamlanacak olması, ilk filmdeki başıboşluğu biraz ortadan kaldırıp konuyu komplike bir hale getirme çabalarına sahne olsa da, filmimiz klasik bir "Üçlemenin Ezik İkinci Filmi" olmaktan kendini kurtarıyor. Akıcı ve kulağa hoş gelen bir cümlenin içinde yer alsa da, hiçbir filmin bir bağlaçtan ibaret olmaması gerektiğine inanıyorum; Matrix Reloaded, The Godfather 2, Two Towers bu bağlamda iyi örnekler olarak ilk akla gelenler.

Ve Johnny Depp. Hakkında ne söylesem az gelecek herhalde; 21.yüzyılın ilk efsane karakterini yaratmak Depp gibi harika bir oyuncuya yakışan bir hareket. Someone told me it was the spirit of someone who died that was very close and never got to say something that they wanted to say. And I believe it.

2003 yılında gösterime giren “Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl” sayesinde izleyiciler, yeni milenyumun ilk gerçek ikonik ekran karakteriyle tanıştı. Kolayca biçim değiştirmesiyle tanınan ünlü aktör Johnny Depp'in oynadığı Kaptan Jack Sparrow karakteri, tamamen orijinal ve eksantrik bir kreasyon olarak ön plana çıktı. Genellikle kaçak güreşen, sürekli zigzaglar çizip taraf değiştiren, olağanüstü batıl inanışlı, çelişkili ve güvenilmez ahlak anlayışına sahip, kişisel hijyene önem veren Jack Sparrow karakteri, yeni yüzyılın ilk anti-kahramanı kimliğini kazandı.
Kaptan Jack Sparrow'un örgülü uzun saçları, özenle baktığı sakalı, çeşit çeşit incik boncuktan oluşan rengarenk takıları, altın ve gümüş kaplamalı dişleri, giysilerinin çeşitli yerlerinde asılı duran çeşit çeşit nazarlık ve muskaları, her yaştan ve her ulustan izleyicinin beğenisini kazandı.
Ayrıca Jack Sparrow rolünde oynayan Johnny Depp'in performansı da takdir toplayarak Premiere dergisinin Mayıs 2006 sayısındaki tüm zamanların en iyi 100 performansından birisi olarak adlandırıldı. Sözkonusu derginin kapağında Kaptan Jack Sparrow'un resminin yayınlanması ise, aslında diğer 99 performansa ezici üstünlük sağladığının göstergesiydi. “Pirates” serisinin yapımcılarından Mike Stenton, ilk filme damgasını vuran Kaptan Jack Sparrow karakteri konusunda şu yorumu getiriyor:
“İnsanlara ilk filmde en çok neyi sevdiğini sorarsanız Jack Sparrow yanıtını alırsınız. 500 kanallı bir evrende izleyicinin çok sayıda eğlence seçeneği vardır. Bu yüzden öne çıkmak istiyorsanız onlara özgün ve farklı birşeyler verebilmeniz gerekir. Johnny Depp'in ilk filmde yaptığı da aynen buydu. Başka hiçbir korsana benzemeyen çok özgün ve farklı bir Jack Sparrow yarattı. Fark yaratırken aslında risk de almıştı ama Jerry Bruckheimer ile Gore Verbinski, yüzde 100 oranında onun arkasında durarak yarattığı farklılığı her aşamada desteklediler.”
Yapımcı Jerry Bruckheimer bu konudaki düşüncesini şu sözlerle ifade ediyor: “Johnny Depp bugünün en büyük aktörlerinden birisidir. İlk filmdeki Jack Sparrow'u o yarattı. Senaryo yazarı Terry Rossio, Kaptan Jack Sparrow karakteri hakkında şu yorumu yapıyor: “Amerikan sinemasının getirdiği en orijinal fikirlerden birisi de, düzenbaz/üçkağıtçı karakterlerin başrolde yer alması halinde uygulanacak yaklaşımdır. Amerikan filmlerinin çoğunda, doğru zamanda doğru adımı atan savaşçı kahramanın kutsanması eğilimi vardır. Jack Sparrow'un onlardan farkı ise kesinlikle üçkağıtçı düzenbazın teki olmasıdır. Diğer kahramanlar gibi değildir. Düşmanına yakalanmama becerisinden nasibini almamıştır. Yakalanmasına yakalanır ama elinizde fazla tutamazsınız. Kaçmak için uygun zamanı sabırla bekler. Böyle yaparsa avantajın kendisine geçeceğini bilir. En kötü durumlardan bile sıyrılma becerisi sayesinde mükemmel bir özgüven edindiğini görürüz.”
Filmin diğer senaryo yazarı Ted Elliott'un bu konudaki görüşü ise şöyle: “Düzenbaz karakterin getirdiği keyiflerden birisi de, her zaman kendi çıkarları doğrultusunda hareket etmesidir. Onun yaptığı herşey diğer insanları şöyle veya böyle mutlaka etkiler. Sparrow'un davranışlarından bazen onlar da çıkar sağlamakla birlikte çoğu zaman zarar görürler. Bu da bizi ilk filmde gündeme gelen temel soruya götürür: Jack Sparrow iyi bir adam mıdır, yoksa kötü müdür? Korsan kahraman mıdır, yoksa korsan kötü adam mıdır? Bu sorunun yanıtı, hangi perspektiften baktığınıza bağlıdır.”

"Karayip Korsanları" İçin Neler Dediler

Artık çekimler tamamlandığında göre, katılan herkesin belleğinde yer edecek bir yıllık çalışmanın ardından oyuncu ve teknik ekiplerinin evlerine ve sevdiklerine dönme zamanı gelmişti. Johnny Depp geri dönüşle ilgili duygularını şu sözlerle dile getiriyordu: “Ayrılık günü geldiğinde her açıdan tuhaf duygulara kapıldım. Seyahat halindeki gezici sirk gibi, çingene aileleri gibi bir duygu hissettim.”
Orlando Bloom ise duygularını şu sözlerle ifade ediyor: “Aile ve arkadaşlardan bu kadar uzun süre uzak kalmak zor olabilir ama kendi tarzında bir eğlencelik yaratmanın keyfi bambaşka… Çekim saatleri uzun, çalışma koşulları çok zorluydu ama hepimiz hayatımızda bir defa elde edebileceğimiz bir fırsatı yakaladığımızı biliyorduk. Bu film nitelikli eğlenceyi, ailece izleme keyfini, herkesin zevk alabileceği öykü çizgisini temsil eden bir filmdir. Kendisini çok fazla ciddiye almadan sadece film gibi film olma yaklaşımdan yola çıkıldı. Kamera önünde çok kolay yapılmış gibi görünse de, çalışma koşulları gerçekten çok zordu. Ancak yaparken hepimiz çok eğlendik. Böyle bir filmi bir daha yapar mıyım, bilemiyorum ama bu sürecin parçası olduğum için kendimi şanslı hissediyorum.”

Filmin aktörlerinden Bill Nighy'nin görüşleri ise şöyle: “Sinema salonuna girmek için para veren herkes bu filmde istediği herşeyi bulacak. Romantizm, macera, heyecan, tehlike, mizah ve tuhaflıklar… Daha önce hiç görmedikleri şeyleri, hiç gitmedikleri dünyaları görecekler. Son derece otantik ve tatmin edici bir macera filmi olmasının yanısıra karanlık salonda izleyiciyi bol bol güldürecek esprili sahneleri de içeren keyifli bir çalışma olduğunu düşünüyorum.”
Kevin R. McNally ise filmle ilgili izlenimlerini şu sözlerle aktarıyor: “Şimdiye kadar böyle büyük bir projede hiç yer almamıştım. İlk başta filmin görkemli havasının içinde kaybolacağım endişesine kapıldım. Ancak Jerry'nin prodüksiyonunun, Gore'nin yönetiminin ve Ted ile Terry'nin yazım tekniğinin bence en güzel yanı, herşeyden önce karakter olgusuna ağırlık vermeleriydi. Bu yüzden dev setlerine, görsel efektlerine ve görkemli havasına rağmen hepimiz oturup konuşabildik, planlar yaptık ve korsan olmayı başardık. Organizasyon ve lojistik denizinde boğulmadık.”
Ancak geride daha yapılması gereken çok çalışma var. “Pirates of the Caribbean III”ün çekimlerine bir süreliğine ara veren Bruckheimer ile Verbinski, ikinci bölümün post-prodüksiyon işlemlerine odaklandılar. Filmin kurgucuları Craig Wood ve Stephen Rivkin ile beraber kurgu odasına kapanırken bir yandan da görsel efektler, ses efektleri, müzikal altyapı ve diğer teknik detaylarla ilgilendiler. Yapılan bu yoğun çalışma, “Dead Man's Chest”in ABD'deki 7 Temmuz için planlanan gösterim gününe zamanında yetişebilmesi için gerekliydi.
Bruckheimer, Verbinski ve diğer ekipler, “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest”in ABD'deki açılış günü olan 7 Temmuzun ardından tekrar engin denizlere açılarak geçici adı “Pirates of the Caribbean III” olarak belirlenen üçüncü bölümün çalışmasını tamamlayacak.
Black Pearl / Siyah İnci gemisi yeniden denizlere açılmaya hazır… “Pirates of the Caribbean” efsanesi devam ediyor!

AA - ANKARA - 'Karayip Korsanları'nın ikinci filminde kullanılan 'korsan şarkıları' albüm oldu. Üstelik bu korsan şarkılarını müzik dünyasından ünlü isimler seslendiriyor. İnternetteki 'netscape' sitesinin haberine göre, 'Karayip Korsanları'nın yönetmeni Gore Verbinski, birbirinden ünlü şarkıcıları 'Rogues Gallery: Pirate Ballads, Sea Songs and Chanteys' adlı albümde topladı.
Verbinski, filmin başrol oyuncusu Johnny Depp ve müzik prodüktörü Hal Willner, iki CD'den oluşan albüm için Anti Records ile birlikte çalıştı. 'U-2'nun solisti Bono Vox, Sting ve Nick Cave'in de aralarında bulunduğu ünlü isimler, stüdyoya girip şarkıları seslendirdi. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında, bir gün içinde sekiz şarkıcının sekiz şarkısının kaydı gerçekleştirildi. Müzik prodüktörü Willner, antikacı dükkânlarını, internet sitelerini dolaşıp 600 korsan şarkısı topladı. Sonunda liste 60 şarkıya indirilip bunlardan 43'ünün albüme konulmasına karar verildi.
Albümün, 22 Ağustos'ta müzik marketlerde olması planlanıyor. Serinin 'Karayip Korsanları-Ölü Adamın Sandığı' adlı ikinci filmi, 7 Temmuz'da ABD sinemalarında, 14 Temmuz'da da Türkiye'de izleyiciyle buluşacak. 2007 Mayıs'ında serinin üçüncü filmi gösterime girecek.

BBC - LONDRA - Johnny Depp, Gregory David Roberts'ın çok satan ilk romanı 'Shantaram'ın beyazperde uyarlamasında başrol oynayacak. Konusu 1980'lerde geçen filmde Depp, Lin isimli Hindistan'da Bombay'ın kenar mahalle sakinlerine kendisini doktor olarak tanıtan eroin bağımlısı kaçak bir mahkûmu canlandıracak. Depp'in prodüktörlüğünü de üstlendiği filmin senaryosunu, yazar Roberts kaleme alacak.

Jack Sparrow karakterini canlandırırken kendine Rolling Stones'tan Keith Richards'ı model almışsın. Neden?
18. yüzyıl korsanlarıyla ilgili kitapları okurken onların aslında rock yıldızlarına benzediğini fark ettim. Kendi kendime, 'Tüm zamanların en büyük rock'n'roll yıldızı kim?' diye sorduğumda aklıma Keith Richards geldi. Ama Kaptan Jack Sparrow'un Keith'in bir taklidi olmasını istemedim. Bu sadece, ona takdirlerimi sunduğum bir selamlamaydı.
Geoffrey Rush'la çalışmak nasıldı?
Tanımadığınız birisiyle çalışacağınızda bir endişe duyarsınız: 'Espri anlayışı yoksa?', 'İşini çok ciddiye alıyorsa?' gibi. Fakat Geoffrey tek kelimeyle deli. Müthiş espri anlayışı var.
Kılıç kullanmayı nasıl öğrendin?
Bu konuda usta kişilerle çalıştık, hem çekim öncesi ve hem de çekim sırasında.
Peki ya altın diş meselesi?
Ön dişlerimin hepsine altın kaplama yaptırarak geldim sete. Disney yetkililerinin hoşuna gitmedi. Ancak karakterin bu görünümünü ısrarla savundum. Sonuçta benim zaferimle sonuçlandı.

Beyazperdenin sonradan çok ses getiren bazı filmlerinde, başrol için, önce başka yıldızlar düşünülmüştü. ‘Terminator’, ‘Casino’, ‘Star Wars’, ‘Platoon’, ‘Superman’ filmlerinde oyna(ya)mayanlar, sonra çok pişman oldular

Donnie Brasco
Filmdeki Joseph Pistone rolü için düşünülen Tom Cruise da aslında hevesliydi. Ancak zaman içinde projenin ertelenmesiyle başka filmler için anlaşma yaptı. Sonunda rol de Johnny Depp’in oldu.

Platoon
“Chris Taylor” rolü ilk olarak “Matrix” ve “Hız Tuzağı” filmlerinin ünlü aktörü Keanu Reeves’e önerildi. Yönetmen Oliver Stone taze bir yüz ararken Reeves’in yanı sıra, Johnny Depp’i de düşündü. Sonunda rolü Charlie Sheen kabul etti. Bu rol Sheen’e şöhret kapılarını açtı ve bu yapımın ardından “Wall Street”, “Hot Shots” gibi ses getiren yapımlarda rol aldı. Her ne kadar Keanu Reeves bugün çok tutulan bir oyuncu olsa da tüm zamanların en başarılı savaş filminde oynama fırsatını kaçırmış oldu.


arkadaşlar ama platoon da johnny nin toplasan 5 dakikayi geçmeyecek kadar rolü var......:img-grin2 hatta filmde lerner niye bir karakteri canlandırıyordu...filmde çince bilen tek asker oydu ve vietnemlılarla lilşkiyi o saglıyordu,sonunda ise savaşta yaralanıp sanırım askeri uçaga götürülüyordu....:img-grin2 johnny nin oldugu sahneler pek farkedilmesede yinede vardı yani..........:img-grin2
