Bea tells Alvaro that she is the one who has bought the debt of Bulevar 21, but she doesn’t tell him who was her partner to get the money. The young director is convinced that he will be able to get the info from her using his arms of seduction (note: let me doubt it, he knows perfectly well that Bea wants nothing with him), ignoring that this time, the trick won’t work as usual.

24/05 Episodio 213

Bea makes things clear to Álvaro and make him see that form now on, she is the one in charge of Bulevar 21. The director doesn’t take it very well the new situation and decides to declare her the war (note: I don’t believe this one very much, but who knows, knowing Alvaro it could be possible). Meanwhile, Richard wants his money back and forces Barbara to give it to him.

25/05 Episodio 214

The tension between Bea and Alvaro (note: I hope! This could be interesting to see ) is still increasing. This time, the reason is the summer special. She wants to make several articles far from the topics, and him, upset, decides to take revenge and not to let her know about the meeting for the contents of the special (note: let me doubt this too, the character shouldn’t go that low, just like last week he didn’t want to betray Bea, it was Gonzalo, unlike what the summaries said (they said that it was they both).But once again, this is Alvaro, so… )

Finally, Alvaro realizes that he has no option but to accept Bea’s article: ‘Real women’. In the middle of the meeting, and when Bea is about to announce that she is the main actionist of the magazine, Alvaro interrupts her and invents that what Bea was going to announce is that, since that moment, he is gonna take very good care of the contents of the magazine and that is why he has decided to make the special about ‘Real women’ and not about ‘Woman with a body 10’.

30/05 Episodio 217

It doesn’t take much time for Bea to realize that is gonna take her a lot of effort to make possible the special about ‘Real women’. To Richard and Cayetana’s boicot, she has to add Alvaro’s (note: IDIOT! (in case it is true)), and she needs him to maintain the appearances. When everything seems lost because of all the obstacles on her way, Santi offers to make an online questionnaire that finally obliges everybody to accept the idea.

31/05 Episodio 218

When Alvaro finds out the real reason why Bea is so distant with him (note: I hope so!! It’s about damn time!) he starts to be aware of the hurt he has inflicted on her and takes the decision to be honest with her, with Gonzalo and with himself. In the magazine, the batallon is very happy about the summer special chosen by the ppl (‘Real woman’) and not the ‘Women with body 10’ like every year. But Richard doesn’t want to use models that are not at the level of the usual glamour and fashion of the magazine.

01/06 Episodio 219

Alvaro is honest with Gonzalo and tells him about his true feelings for Bea and how, alter losing her, he has realized that she is the woman of his life (note: I’ll have to wait to hear this. I doubt he is that clear, but we’ll see). Gonzalo, astonished, tries to take that idea out of his head, but Alvaro is convinced and tries to speak with Bea. Unfortunately, he finds out that who once was his loyal secretary is not going to listen to him because of all the times he has lied to her.

Tuesday, june 5th. Episode 225

Gonzalo: Is anything wrong?
Alvaro: What’s wrong?
Gonzalo: Those faces. You really think you can go and talk with anyone with those faces? (meaning they are too serious) You have to show how close you are (meaning that they are a good team).
Bea: I think we can pretend. Don Álvaro is an expert at it! (note: ugh! Stabbing much? LOL)

They get into the elevator

Alvaro: You’re not coming?
Gonzalo: No, I need to go to the office to pick up some folders.

The doors close, Gonza stops the elevator with a special key for it.

Bea: what is going on?
Alvaro: I don’t know (tries some buttons) We are locked up.
Bea: No
Alvaro: Yes (me: LOL!)
Bea: Is this another trick of yours?
Alvaro: Beatriz…
Bea: As if I had nothing better to do than wasting my time locked in an elevator.
Alvaro: Don’t worry, they will take us out of here in a minute.

A moment of silence.

Alvaro: This is where everything began, remember? At the Christmas party.
Bea: Yes, your lies began here.
Alvaro: I swear that’s not what I intended.
Bea: I don’t want to talk about that now.
Alvaro: And when do you want to talk? Because I want to!
Bea: And what I want is to get out of here!
Alvaro: I truly regret everything that has happened.
Bea: Oh really? Why? Because I almost lose my father? Because you laughed at me? Because you put on my hands all of the Bulevar’s money?
Alvaro: For everything. But more than anything, because I lied to you.
Bea: Stop it.
Alvaro: No. I’m not gonna stop until I have said everything I got inside. < a beat > I was the first one who was suffering with so many lies. Mostly after I fell in love with you. It’s true that when all of this began, it was a lie. But then, something happened. Something that I can’t explain. You make me… want to be a better person. You make me feel good, calm. I have never felt so at peace as when I’m with you. Bea, I need you.
Bea: I have heard all of that before.
Alvaro: But now it’s true! And you know it. Deep down in your heart you know it. You know I’m in love with you. There are things that you just can’t fake Bea.
Bea: I’ve only known you faking.
Alvaro: That’s not true. Do you remember that night at the ‘cobertizo’ (at Francisco’s birthday). Do you think that was a lie?
Bea: Of course.
Alvaro: Everything I said that night was true already. It was the most beautiful thing that ever happened to me. From that day on I realized… that what I had felt before that, it wasn’t love. Love is what I feel now, with you. I ** in love with you. I’m not gonna lose you.

Sonsoles takes them out of the elevator.

At Bea’s office.

Alvaro: Bea…
Bea: Please, don’t keep on going.
Alvaro: It’s true, I have made a mistake. But we can not lose this because I’ve made a stupid mistake. We started it wrong. So now it can only get better.

Bea turns to tell him something, and he kisses her. It’s soft and slow. When he tries to deepen (sp?) the kiss, she pushes him away.

Alvaro: Bea… everything will be ok.
Bea: How- how do you want me to believe that you love me, when you were going to send me to jail?
Alvaro: Send you to jail?
Bea: I know the letter by heart. I’m gonna recite it for you! ‘Me, Alvaro Aguilar, I certify to whom it may correspond, that the financial activity of my company, and so the legal consequences it could have, are of the only responsibility of my secretary, Beatriz Perez Pinzón’
Alvaro: I don’t know what you're talking about.
Bea: I found the letter, that you wrote and signed.

Monday - Episodio 245
The ultimatum given by Alvaro puts Sandra and Bea in a difficult position: they either allow him to go back to his job as the director general with all his privileges, or he will speak with the BCA director and they will lose the credit, so they won’t be able to make the new project a reality. Bea seems to be willing to accept, but Sandra doesn’t want to, and that’s what she says to Gonzalo, who won’t doubt to act on it and make things even more complicated

Tuesday - Episodio 246
The filtration about the new project has a lot of consequences: Álvaro finally wins and Sandra and Bea return to him his privileges not to lose the credit with the bank. But his happiness is short: Gonzalo confesses him that he was the one who made the filtration, making Alvaro get mad and even more when they lose a very important publicity contract because of it. And to top it all, Bea and Sandra are mad at him (Alvaro) because they think he was the one who made the filtration.

Wednesday - Episodio 247
Alvaro and Bea work side by side for the first time in a long time making a report to convince the TM NET group about the advantages of the new project, so TM won’t take their publicity off the magazine. The late night work happens the same day than Bea’s first anniversary in Bulevar. She is beyond astonished when she finds a beautiful bouquet of nardos (flowers) in her office whit the one Alvaro makes a try to proclaim his love for Bea to everybody. Bea’s heart is torn, she feels as if she was in a rolling coaster: she wants to believe him, but she doesn’t know if she should.

Thursday - Episodio 248
Bea and Alvaro agree to have a very respectful professional relationship, but the tension between them is obvious. And it gets worst when Sandra asks them to go together to a convention. They have to convince a client for putting their publicity in the new format of the magazine if they want to keep on going with the new project. Nervous but convinced that it’s the best for Bulevar 21, they agree to go together, but once there, things won’t be as easy as they thought.

Friday - Episodio 249
Álvaro and Bea are choose as the perfect couple in the group TM’s party, and as a reward, they are obliged to stay together and spend the night at the hotel (in the same room, hee hee). It will be a very ling and hot night. Sandra (I think they mean Sonsoles, but anyway) and Gonzalo have a new sexual encounter, this time in Bulevar, but someone catches them in the act, someone who is willing to uncover such strange relationship.

Now, a little explanation: the project I keep referring to is about the size of the magazine. They want to resize it and make it smaller. It seems like that is sth very important or difficult to make, considering all the plots that we are having because of it, LOL! Now, my theory about Bea and Alvaro: I don’t know what the hell the mean with ‘Alvaro proclaiming his love for Bea in public’. I think he might tell her that if she goes back with him they will make it public? Because I doubt he makes it public now, when they’re not even together. I guess Bea doubts and either she plainly refuses to go back to him; or she asks him for tie to heal and think about it. Bölümler İspanyolca bazen bazı arkadaşlar çok önemli sahneler olursa İngilizceye çeviriyorlar sahneleri. Beatriz arkadaşımda düzenli olmasa da bana özetleri İngilizceye çeviriyor. Bir de forumda İngilizce konuşan bir kaç kişi var onların yorumlarından çıkarıyorum ne olduğunu. Bölümleri forumlardan birine üye olup belli bir mesaj sayısını aştıktan sonra izleyebilirsiniz. Benim üye olduğum forum şu an kapalı ama bir iki güne kadar açılacak. Başka forumlar var ama Megaupload kullanıyorla ve o siteye Türkiye'den eriim engelli maalesef.

Bea admits she had a relationship with Alvaro

Being pressed by a journalist, Bea admits that she was involved with Alvaro in the past, what makes everybody think that her new position in the magazine is due to that and hot her professional value.

Alvaro asks Cayetana to stop the publication of the article, but she refuses to help the secretary. Meanwhile, Barbara’s world crumbles and falls when she finds out that he relationship with Teófilo Martin was anything but a lie by Gonzalo.

In the other hand, Chusa is torn between spending the night with Guti or to keep having Elena at home alter the terrible meeting she had with Puri.

The article about Bea is gonna be published.

Alvaro tells Bea that the article is gonna be published. The next day ‘las feas’ read it in the newspaper with incredulity and disgust, because they don’t think it’s true.

Meanwhile Barbara is hating Gonzalo and she threatens him to tell Sandra about his encounters with Sonsoles, but he is a step ahead of her and goes to Sandra telling her that Sonsoles is going after him and begging him for sex. Sandra is astonished.

Bea confirms ‘las feas’ that the history in the magazine has some true on it. And in the pther hand, Chusa and Gutierrez make amends while he tries to fix the frecuency of his visits to his twins daughters.

Bea is thinking about leaving Bulevar if the article is not rectified.

Bea is thinking about leaving Bulevar if there is not an immediate rectification of what was wrote in the newspaper; but what she doesn’t know is that Cayetana is gonna take part on that.

Meanwhile, Sandra is really mad at Gonzalo because of the lie about the sexual harassment and fed up with his tricks, she decides to give him a lesson to show him that he can’t play with her.

Finally, Chusa and Guti arguments because of his ‘ex’ are starting to become something usual.

Bea relieves that the journalist Hill rectify the article.

Bea, naive, thinks that the journalist responsible for the article is gonna listen to her true facts and will rectify with no problem.

But to her surprise, it’s the magazine’s journalist the one who attends the appointment. Chusa and Gutierrez try to put their offspring together during the holidays; but when Geli (Guti’s ex wife) finds out about their plans, she organize things to make it hard to happen.

And meanwhile, Sandra is still giving Gonzalo a very hard time. He finally assumes that all the history about the sexual harassment has gone out of proportion.

Bea suspects Cayetana to be venid the article.

Bea suspects Cayetana to be the one who planned the whole article disaster. Her suspicions are confirmed when Barbara, by mistake, tells her that the journalist responsible of the article, Monica Molinero, is gonna work in Bulevar 21.

With a lot of guts, and with Santi’s priceless help, Bea tricks the journalist to get the prove she needs. On the other hand Gonzalo is worried about Sonsoles being fired and he realizes he has t confess Sandra the truth, but the fear of the punishment stops him.

Chusa is very happy with the idea of spending the summer holidays with Gutierrez in the mountains, but an unexpected visit will make Guti change his plans despite Beckham and his mother.

Episodio 265

Cayetana has no other option but to admit that she was the one behind the complot to ruin Bea’s reputation. Feeling down and ashamed, she promises Alvaro she will compensate her behaviour by asking Estela Molinero to publish a rectification of the article in the magazine. In the other hand, Sandra is still in shock but happy after the unexpected declaration of love by Gonzalo towards Sonsoles. But the director of marketing, as in shock as she is, will try to hide his true feelings.


Tuesday 7th august

Episodio 266

Bea is starting to accept what is evident: there will be no rectification of the article. That’s why she is still determined to resign from Bulevar 21 and leave, despite Alvaro trying to make her change her mind. Meanwhile, Cayetana is still ashamed of what she did and depressed, seeing how everybody turns their back on her when finding out what she did to Bea. Sandra is still pressing Gonzalo to show his true feelings to Sonsoles, in what it seems a true desperation to feel loved.


Wednesday 8th august

Episodio 267

Alvaro wants to prove Bea that he is just as good as the ethically perfect man she sees in Nacho. On the other hand, Gonzalo, who is trying to avoid Sandra, ends up falling on the tramp that Sonsoles made for him. Meanwhile, Gutierrez, torn because of the holidays subject, tries to face Geli, but he ends up feeling closer to his ex wife than to the own Chusa.


Thursday 9th august

Episodio 268

Nacho’s refusal to work at Bulevar 21 causes a new fight between Bea and Alvaro. Alvaro says that Bea’s friend is ungrateful, and Bea defends him by accusing Alvaro of being a vain man. At the same time, the relationship between Gonzalo and Sandra seems to be in its best moment, despite Sandra still not getting her awaited love declaration

Now that Bea will find a house of her own maybe Nacho will visit her from time to time, Alvaro will die from jealousy hahaha. The girls in the forum say that it would be perfect if Bea finds a house near Nacho's house. Imagine Alvaro's reaction hahahahaha

Here it is : Alvaro is at Bea's door as you remember and when Nacho appears in the door Alvaro throws the rose he is holding, he enters the house and invents as an excuse for his visit a problem with his computer, the four of them go to Alvaro's house so that Santi can fix the computer. Before they leave for alvaro's house, he phones Gonza and tells him to go to his house and put a virus to his compuer, Gonza can't do it and throws the computer on the floor, that moment Alvaro, bea Nacho and Santi arrive to Alvaro's house and Gonza is trying to hide, they enter the house and Nacho sees the computer on the floor and says this is not a virus this is a pandemic. Alvaro goes to the bathroom and Gonza tells him to bring him something to eat because he is hungry with all this that is happening.
Alvaro goes back to the room and they start to talk about anthropology but Alvaro doesn't know a thing about the subject, he goes back to the bathroom and tells Gonza that he is feeling stupid because he can't participate in the conversation and Gonza tells him to talk about something he knows like women. Alvaro tells him in an ironic way that is perfect, he will say that he had 523 women in his life hahahaha The girls in the forum are making calculations, they say that if he started to have relations with women when he was 15 years old and now he is 30, he had 35 women every year, that means he had 3 different women every month hahaha
Alvaro wants to open a conversation so he talks about something that interest Bea, food recipes hahaha, then Nacho asks him to tell him how to make rizoto and Alvaro starts to tell him the recipe with an italian accent in his voice. Alvaro wants them to invite him to have dinner with them and Nacho asks him to go with them, Alvaro turns to Bea waiting for her to invite him also, Bea says that he can go with them but Alvaro understands that she doesn't really want to accompany them and says no he can't because he has a meeting with a client

Alvaro is very jealous of Nacho and he is trying to make him quit his job and so he doesn't give him work to do but Nacho has a plan that can bring more money to the company. Alvaro doesn't let him talk about his plan but Sandra and Bea go to Alvaro's office and congratulate Nacho for his plan. Sandra tells to Nacho and Bea to work together on this plan

Nacho invited Bea and Santi for dinner to celebrate his new job in B21 and to talk about old times, to remember the time when they were at the university. Alvaro didn't know about the dinner between the three of them. Bea told Alvaro that she wants to start their relation from zero but she meant their profesional relation. Alvaro thought she meant their personal relation so he decided to go to her house and invite her to dinner.

I have also read the spoiler for Friday August 24 episode. Alvaro is mad from jealousy because Gonza told him that he saw Bea and Nacho dancing in her office. While they were dancing Nacho felt something for Bea and he told her to stop dancing and continue with their work. When they have finished their work and they were ready to go Bea told Nacho to take her to her house with his bicycle, Nacho was nervous because he felt something for Bea when they were dancing, he told that he can take her to her house with his bicycle but Bea told him that it was just a joke and that she prefers to take a taxi.
