Zinedine Zidane, gerçek adı Yezid Zeynüddin bin İsmail Zidane olan, Cezayir asıllı Fransız futbolcu. 1972 yılında Marsilya'da doğdu. Futbol hayatına Cannes kulübünde başlayan Zidane ordan Bordeaux'ya transfer oldu. Bordeaux'da başarılı futboluyla dikkat çeken Zizou 1996 yılında 3 Milyon £ karşılığında Juventus'a transfer oldu.

Juventus'taki başarılı futbolunu milli takıma da yansıtan Zidane Fransa'nın FIFA Dünya Kupası'nı kazanmasında büyük pay sahibiydi. Finalde attığı 2 kafa golü kupaya Fransa'ya getirdi. O yıl FIFA tarafından Dünya'nın En İyi Futbolcusu Ödülüne layık görülen Zidane 2000 yılında ülkesinin Avrupa Şampiyonluğu'na uzanmasında gene büyük rol oynadı. Bu başarılarından dolayı 2. kez Dünya'nın En İyi Futbolcusu seçildi. 2001 yılında Juventus'tan 81 milyon $ karşılığında Real Madrid'e transfer oldu. İlk gittiği sezonda takımı Real Madrid ile Şampiyonlar Ligi kupasını kazandı. Finalde Bayer Leverkusen'e attığı güzel gol UEFA'nın sitesinde jenerik oldu. 2002/2003 senesinde Real Madrid'le İspanya Ligi Şampiyonluğu yaşayan Zizou, aynı yıl FIFA tarafından 3.kez Dünya'da Yılın Futbolcusu unvanını kazandı. Fransa Milli Futbol Takımı'nın 2004 Avrupa Şampiyonası'ndaki kötü sonuçları ardından milli takıma veda etti. Ama, Fransa'nın kendisine ihtiyacı olduğunu anlayınca geri döndü. Zidane Real Madrid'le 7 Mayıs'ta Villareal karşısında son kez sahaya çıktı. Kulüp takımları kariyerine son verdiğini, profesyonel futbol yaşantısına da 2006 FIFA Dünya Kupası sonrasında noktayı koyacağını açıkladı.

2006 FIFA Dünya Kupası`nda da otoritelere göre yükselen bir grafik çizip başarılı olan Zidane, final maçında Marco Materazzi`ye kafa atarak kırmızı kartla oyundan atıldı ve dünya kupasından önce aldığı karar gereği kariyerine son noktayı koydu.
Ela adli bir yardim kurulusunun da kurucusu olan zizou,yakin tarihte Hakan Sükürün de forma giydigi Yoksulluga Kirmizi Kart adli organizasyonu her sene düzenlemekte ve bu organizasyondan elde edilen geliri yoksul ailelere bagislamaktadir.

Zidane başlığını daha önce görmemiştim.

İnanılmaz yetenekli, çok başarılı bir futbolcuydu.Üzerinde uzun uzun konuşulan Materazzi'ye attığı dışında sahada bir asabiyetini görmedim.Kulüpte oynadığım zamanlar bir formasını bile almıştım.Real'de oynarken neredeyse tüm maçlarını izlerdim

Beck'in yaptığı gibi bir futbol programı yapsa çok iyi olur, böylece bol bol görürüz Zizou'yu.

realin maclarini izledigimde cannavaronun tasidigi 5 numarali formayi görünce ciddi anlamda üzülüyorum.erken ama zirvede birakti futbolu :) simdi de cocuklar icin cabaliyor.

Zidane fransiz halkinin en sevdigi unlu .. Kime sorsaniz "Zizou" der ..
Onun icin az tartisma çikmiyor degil ama, araplar Zidane arap diye ovunuyorlar fransizlarda hiçbir yabanciya sahip çikmadiklari gibi sahip çikiyorlar. :)
Bende kendisini cok severim, kusursuz futbolu bir yana gerçekten cok iyi bir insan. Katildigi ve baslattigi sayisiz hayir kampanyalari onu sevmem icin en buyuk etken zaten .. Milyonlarca euro kazaniyor ama sagda solda "yuh" denilecek pahalilikta evler, yatlar katlar almiyor aksine bircok kampanyada aktif bir sekilde gorev yapiyor ..
Gerçekten tebrik ederim kendisini, gelmis geçmis en buyuk sporculardan biridir kendisi ..

2006 Dünya Kupası finalinin ardından futbolu bırakan Zinedine Zidane, antrenör olarak futbola geri dönüyor. 35 yaşındaki eski yıldız, 2001-06 yılları arasında formasını giydiği Real Madrid'in başkanı Ramon Calderon ve Sportif Direktör Predrag Mijatoviç'e bu isteğini iletti. Yapılan görüşmede Calderon ve Mijatoviç, Zidane'ın bu isteğine sıcak baktıklarını ve dünyaca ünlü futbolcunun altyapıda antrenör olarak göreve başlayabileceğini belirttiler. AS gazetesine konuşan Zidane, "Futbola geri dönüp yararlı olabileceğim herhangi bir alanda görev almak istiyorum. Madrid benim evim gibi" ifadesini kullandı.

İKİ OĞLU DA REAL'DE
Başkan Calderon'un ayrıca profesyonel yönetici olarak da kulüpte yer vermeyi düşündüğü Zidane'ın iki oğlu Enzo ve Luca, Real Madrid'in altyapı takımlarında forma giyiyor. Ünlü yıldız ABD Ligi'ne transfer olarak, futbola oyuncu olarak geri döneceği iddialarını ise reddetti.

Groupe Danone Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Franck Riboud ve beraberindeki üst düzey yöneticiler ile Danone Uluslar Kupası’nın (DNC) hamisi efsanevi futbolcu Zinedine Zidane Türkiye’de "MEB- Danone Küçükler Futbol Türkiye Birinciliği final maçını" izleyecek.

2003 yılından bu yana Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB) işbirliği ile gerçekleştirilen "MEB- Danone Küçükler Futbol Türkiye Birinciliği" final maçı, 21 Mayıs Çarşamba günü Beşiktaş İnönü Stadyumu’nda oynanacak.

AÇILIŞA KATILACAK

Riboud ve Zidane, Türkiye’de bulundukları süre içinde ‘Danone Çiftçi Geliştirme Programı’ kapsamında T.C. Tarım ve Köy İşleri Bakanlığı’nın desteği ile köylerde sağlıklı süt üretiminde örnek uygulama olması amacıyla Merkezi Sağım ve Yem Ünitesi’nden oluşan “Köy Sağlıklı Süt Üretim Tesisi”nin Lüleburgaz Yeniköy’deki açılışına katılacak. Ayrıca, “Danone Gülümseyen Gelecek Anasınıfları” projesi kapsamında bugüne dek açılan 500 anasınıfından birinde minik öğrencilerle buluşacak.
