Genç yaşta hayata gözlerini yuman ağabeyi River Phoenix gibi oyunculuğu seçen genç aktör, gitarist Johnny Cash'i başarıyla canlandırarak eleştirmenlerden tam not aldı. "İlk kez gitarı eline aldığı zaman onu bir bebeği tutar gibi tutuyordu" diyen yönetmen Mangold, Phoenix'in film çekimlerine başlamadan önce 6 ay gitar dersi aldığını söylüyor.

JOHNNY CASH İLE BENZİYORUZ
Tıpkı filmde canlandırdığı Johnny Cash karakteri gibi ağabeyi River Phoenix'i kaybeden Joaquin Phoenix konuyla ilgili olarak şöyle diyor: "Johnny ile benim hayatımda paralellikler var. O 12 yaşındayken ağabeyi Jack bir kazada ölmüş, ben de ağabeyim River Phoenix'i genç yaşta kaybettim." Bir amfetamin bağımlısı olan Johnny Cash gibi kendisinin de alkol sorunu olduğunu itiraf eden genç aktör, bir süre alkol tedavisi gördüğünü de açıklayarak şunları söylüyor: "Her gün içki içmiyorum ama içkiyi rahatlayabilmek için içtiğimi fark ettiğimde, tedavi olmam gerektiğini anladım..."

River Phoenix de çok iyiydi ya. Keanu Reeves, Johnny Depp in dönemindendi ve en az onlar gibi yetenekliydi. Zaten çok da iyi arkadaştılar.
Joaquin Phoenix ise bana göre şu an en iyi aktörlerden biri her rolde büyük bir yetenekle oynuyor.

Bir Clancy Efsanesi

Jack Ryan dönüyor mu?

Tom Clancy’nin bir çok romanının ardı ardına beyazperdede izledik. Özellikle de baş kahramanlığını Jack Ryan’ın üstlendiklerini. Dark Horizons’ın bildirdiğine göre Paramount Pictures, Clancy romanlarının ünlü kahramanını beyazperdeye döndürmek istiyor.

Paramount zaten bir başka Clancy kahramanını sinemalara taşıyacağını duyurmuştuk. John Singleton önderliğinde beyazperdeye gelecek olan Without Remorse’ta başrolü Joaquin Phoenix üstlenecek ve John Clark’ı canlandıracak.

Jack Ryan ise bugüne kadar dört kez beyazperdede kendine yer edindi ve Alec Baldwin, Harrison Ford, Ben Affleck gibi ünlü aktörler tarafından canlandırıldı.

Kızıl Ekim, Tehlikeli Oyunlar, Açık Tehlike ve En Büyük Korku’nun ardından gelecek olan Jack Ryan macerasını merakla bekleyeceğiz.

Gladyatör'le keşfettim.İşaretler ve Köy 'de de çok iyiydi. Çok sevimli ve yetenekli.Kötü bir karakteri de büyük başarıyla canlandırıyor.Gladyatör'deki performansı oldukça etkileyiciydi.
