Konusu

İpekböceği kaçakçılığı yapan Herve Joncour'un yeni mallar için Japonya'ya gidiyor ve orada aynı dili bile konuşamadığı Japon baronunun metresi olan Avrupalı bir kadınla beraber olmaya başlıyor.Aradan kısa bir süre sonra ülkenin savaşa girmesi ve eşinin bu ilişkiden şüphelenmesiyle olaylar karmaşık bir hal alıyor.

19. yüzyılda geçen hikâye, ipek ticareti yapan evli bir Fransız tüccarın, Japonya'ya yaptığı seyahat sırasında tanıdığı bir Japon kadınla yaşadığı yasak aşkı anlatıyor.

Silk'i sonunda izleyebildim.Her ne kadar sonlarına doğru hareketlense de ağır tempolu bir filmdi.Japonya, Çin her ne kadar içinde doğa güzelliklerini bulunduran ülkeler olsa da hiçbir zaman tam olarak ısınamadım.Hala insanlarının birbirlerine çok benziyor olduklarını kanısındayım.:) Bu yüzden Japonya sahnelerinde koltuğumda rahatsız rahatsız kıpırdandım.

Filmi izlememdeki tek amaç kuşkusuz Keira Knightley'di.Michael Pitt'e göre çok daha az sahnesi vardı.Ama film Helene karakterinde bitti.

Birazdan Moviemax 2'de tekrar başlayacak.Kaçırmış olanlara duyurulur.
