Meksikalı Salma Hayek ile İspanyol Penélope Cruz 'soygun' için biraraya geliyorlar. Yapımcılığını ünlü Fransız yönetmen ve senarist Luc Besson'un üstleneceği proje komedi western türünde olacak. İki banka soyguncusunu canlandıracak olan Hollywood'un iki ünlü kadın oyuncusu özel yaşamlarında da samimi arkadaş oldukları için filmin kendileri açısından ideal bir proje olduğunu açıkladılar.
Bir kaç yıl önce başlayan arkadaşlıklarını beyazperdeye de taşımak isteyen b>Salma Hayek ile Penélope Cruz uzun süredir birlikte oynayacakları bir senaryo istediklerini ve isetklerinin sonunda gerçekleştiğini söylediler.

Luc Besson'un böyle bir senaryo ile kendilerine gelmeleri ise müthiş bir tesadüf olmuş.

Uzun süredir kamera arkasına geçmeyen ama kuruğu yapımcılık şirketiyle sürekli film üreten Luc Besson özellikle, senaryosunu da yazdığı Taksi serisiyle Avrupa ve ABD gişelerinde büyük bir başarı yakalamıştı.
2003 Cannes Film Festivali'nin de açılış filmi olan Çapkın Aşık/Fan Fan La Tulip'de Penelope Cruz'e başrol veren yapımcı Besson, onunla bir daha çalışmaktan büyük zevk alacağını açıklamıştı.

Cruz ve Hayek banka soyguncusu!...



Bu ABD-Avrupa ortak yapımı film, sanki Louis Malle'ın Viva Maria'sının bir yeni çevrimi. Gerçi hiçbir yerde adı geçmiyor. Ama nasıl o film 1960'ların iki ünlü Fransız starı, Brigitte Bardot ve Jeanne Moreau'yu bir araya getirmek için çekildiyse, bu film de 2000'lerin iki ünlü Latin starını, İspanyol Penelope Cruz'la Meksikalı Salma Hayek'i bir araya getirmek için çekilmiş gibi! Ama tümüyle bir kopya değil bu. Projenin babası Luc Besson, en azından kimi özgün durumlar ve kişiler yaratmaya çabalamış. 19. yüzyıl sonlarının Meksika'sında, Amerikan yardımı alacağız diye bir grup Amerikan haydudunu ülkelerine çağıran 'gafil' yöneticiler, bunun cezasını hayatlarıyla öderler. Çünkü Amerikalılar aslında ülkeyi soymaya gelmiştir. Bunun üzerine iki kurbanın kızları, iki delişmen Latin dilberi olan Sara ve Maria, aralarındaki sınıfsal farklılıkları unutup ellerine silahlarını alır ve banka soygunlarına başlarlar. Hikgünümüzde ABD'nin birçok ülkedeki tartışılan konumuna ve sözümona 'yardımına' dikkat çekerek, biraz siyasal bir kıvama ulaşıyor. Sayısız reklam filminden gelip ilk sinema filmlerini çeken Norveçli iki kafadar yönetmen, özellikle aksiyon sahnelerine belli bir kıvraklık getirmeyi başarıyor. İlk yarıda biraz uyuklatan film, ikinci yarıda canlanıyor. Ve Cruz/Hayek ikilisi, bilinen enerjilerini gösterme fırsatını buluyorlar. Belki gördükten sonra hemen unutulacak, ama belli ölçüde vakit geçirten bir film, zararsız bir seyirlik...

Oscar’da bu yıl 'En İyi Kadın Oyuncu' dalında aday gösterilen Penelope Cruz bu dalda aday olan ilk İspanyol olarak tarihe geçti.

Sinema dünyasının en prestijli ödülü olan Oscar’da bu yıl Pedro Almodovar’ın "Volver" adlı filmindeki rolüyle 'En İyi Kadın Oyuncu' dalında aday gösterilen İspanyol Penelope Cruz’a ülkesinde "İspanya’nın Sophia Loren’i" yakıştırılması yapılıyor.

Özellikle "Volver"de canlandırdığı karakterle İtalyanların dünyaca ünlü oyuncusu Sophia Loren’i andırdığı söylenen Cruz, Loren gibi Hollywood’u fethetmeye hazırlanıyor.

Madrid’in San Sebastian de los Reyes ilçesinde babası ticaretle uğraşan, annesi kuaför olan mütevazi bir ailenin kızı olarak dünyaya gelen Penelope Cruz, 15 yaşında okulu bırakarak dansçı olmaya karar verdi ve konservatuvara girdi.

Önce Madrid daha sonra New York’ta dans eğitimi alan Cruz, 1991 yılında İspanyol sinemasına girmeye başladı ve 1992 yılında yönetmen Bigas Luna’nın "Jamon Jamon" adlı filmiyle ismini duyurmaya başladı.

Sophia Loren kadar yoğun olmasa da İspanya’da bazı sinema dergileri tarafından "seks sembolü" olarak adlandırılmaya başlanan Penelope Cruz’un dünyaya açılmasını sağlayan kişi ise yönetmen Pedro Almodovar oldu. 1997 yılında "Carne tremula" filmiyle Almadovar ile tanışan Cruz, 1999 yılında "en iyi yabancı film" Oscar’ını kazanan Almadovar’ın "Todo sobre mi madre" filmiyle Hollywood dünyasının dikkatini çekti.

2000 yılından bu yana birçok Hollywood yapımı filmde oynayan İspanyo aktris, Tom Cruise ile uzun süren ilişkisiyle de magazin basınının gündeminde kaldı. Cruz’un Oscar adaylığıyla ilgili "tarih yazıyor" yorumunu yapan Almadovar, filmi Volver’in "en iyi yabancı film" adayları arasında yer almaması konusunda da "Eğer Penelope ile Volver’in adaylığı arasında seçim yapmam gerekseydi Penelope’u seçerdim" dedi.

İspanyolların ünlü yönetmeni, "Amerikan film endüstrisi Penelope’a adil davranmadı. Ünlü aktörlerle birlikte olması bile ona yardımcı olmadı! Volver onun yeniden saygı kazanmasını sağladı" değerlendirmesinde bulundu.

32 yaşındaki Cruz ise Oscar adaylığıyla ilgili, "Rüyalarımdan biri gerçekleşti" dedi. Amerikan sinemasına kırgın olduğunu da saklamayan Cruz, şöyle devam ediyor: "Avrupa’da 15 yıldır çalışıyorum ve en iyi yönetmenlerle çalışma ve farklı rollerde oynama fırsatı buldum. Uzun süredir de Amerika’dayım, ama gelen teklifler bu zamana kadar iyi değildi. Sadece, Almadovar’ın filmiyle yaptıklarımı gören Amerikalı yönetmenler bana farklı roller teklif etmeye başladılar." "En iyi kadın oyuncu" dalında Oscar’a aday olan 5 aktris arasında Penelope’u zorlayacak tek ismin, Altın Küre ödülünü de kazanan "The Queen" filmindeki rolüyle Helen Mirren olduğu söyleniyor.

Woody Allen’ın İspanya’da çekeceği yeni filminde Penelope Cruz’un yıldızı parlayacak.

"Annie Hall" , "Manhattan" gibi unutulmaz filmlerin yönetmeni Woody Allen bir süredir filmlerinde görmeye alışkın olduğumuz New York temasından uzaklaşmıştı. Woody Allen, Londra’da çektiği 3 filmin ardından bu yaz kamerasını İspanya’ya çevirecek. Filmde bu seneki Oscar ödüllerinde ‘En İyi Kadın Oyuncu’ dalında aday olan Penelope Cruz’u başrolde izleyeceğiz.

Cruz’un hem İngilizce hemde İspanyolca konuşacağı film karmaşık bir aşk hikayesini konu alıyor.

Cruz ve Bardem Aynı Filmde

2005 yılında filmlerinde İspanyol oyuncuları oynatmak şartıyla Mediapro şirketiyle sözleşme imzalayan yönetmen Woody Allen henüz adı belirlenmeyen filminin başrol oyuncularını buldu.Çekimlerine önümüzdeki yaz Barcelona'da başlanacak olan filmde; Penelope Cruz ve Javier Bardem oynayacak.İkili 15 yıl önce 'Jamon, Jamon' filmi için birlikte kamera karşısına geçmişti.

Penelope Cruz, 16 Mart'ta İspanya'da gösterime girecek olan filmi 'Chromophobia'daki striptiz sahneleriyle nefes kesiyor. Cruz'un sarışın olarak kamera karşısına geçtiği film 2005'te Cannes Film Festivali'nde gösterilmiş ancak eleştirmenler tarafından beğenilmemişti. Fimin vizyona girmesi bu yüzden gecikti.

Penelope herkesin gözdesi

Ünlü yönetmen ve oyuncu Woody Allen, yeni filmini İspanya'nın Barcelona kentinde çekmeye karar verdi.

Woody Allen, henüz ismi açıklanmayan film için, Oscar'da en iyi kadın oyuncu dalında aday olan Penelope Cruz ve "İçimdeki Deniz" filmindeki rolüyle büyük beğeni toplayan Javier Bardem'i oyuncu kadrosuna aldı.

Allen, basına açıklamasında, "Oscar adayları asla benim ilgimi çekmedi. Penelope, olağanüstü iyi bir oyuncu ve gerisi beni ilgilendirmiyor. Biliyorsunuz ki Oscarlar benim dünyam değil" dedi.

Senaryo için Penelope Cruz ve Javier Bardem'in mükemmel bir ikili olduğunu kaydeden Woody Allen, "Her ikisinin de filmimde oynaması benim için büyük şans" diye konuştu.

Öte yandan, Allen, filmde rol alacak diğer oyuncuları da belirlemeye başladığını, son dönemlerde sıkça birlikte çalıştığı Scarlett Johansson ve Rebecca Hall'ın da film kadrosuna alınmasını istediğini kaydetti.

Allen'in yeni filminin çekimlerinin temmuz ve ağustos aylarında Barcelona'da yapılacağı belirtilirken, kentin romantik unsurlarının ön plana çıkarılacağı ifade edildi.

'Dönüş' filminin yıldızı, Scientology tarikatının ünlü mensuplarından Tom Cruise'un eski sevgilisi Penelope Cruz'un da aynı tarikata ilgi göstermeye başladığı söyleniyor. Tarikatın Los Angeles'ta bulunan merkezine gizlice gittiği iddia edilen Cruz, bu konuda en büyük desteği eski aşkı Tom Cruise'dan alıyormuş. İspanyol oyuncu Penelope Cruz ünlü şarkıcı Lenny Kravitz'le yeni bir aşka yelken açtı.28 Nisan'daki 33. doğumgününü Kravitz'in New York'taki evinde geçiren Cruz, ilişkisini resmi olarak açıklamadı.Ancak geçtiğimiz günlerde New York Post gazetesinde yer alan bir habere göre, bir süredir Mango firması için kıyafet tasarlayan Cruz, Kravitz'in dünya turnesine eşlik edebilmek için tüm işlerini askıya aldı.

Sanki eski zamanlardan kalma bir asilzade, tıpkı bir Hollywood yıldızı gibi biraz Greta Garbo biraz da Humprey Bogart'ı anımsatarak yanımıza geliyor ve Chateau Marmont Otel'inde buluşuyoruz. Tabii ki olması gerektiği gibi geç. Duruşundan zerafet ve asalet akıyor adeta, üzerinde 50'li yılları hatırlatan audrey Hepburn tarzı bir elbise ve yanındaki simsiyah köpeğiyle içeri adım atar atmaz tüm konuşmalar kesiliyor. Penelope'nin birçok yüzü var aslında, konuşmamız sırasında hepsi birer birer açığa çıkıyor. MARIE CLAIRE: Daha 33 yaşını bitirmeden 35 film çevirmişsiniz, biraz yorulmadınız mı?
PENCRUZ: (Gülüyor) Hayır ama ileride daha seçici davranacağımı fark ediyorum.
M.C.: Yine de çalışkan ve hırslı biri izlenimini uyandırıyorsunuz.
P.C.: Doğru çünkü akşam yatağıma yattığımda günümü iyi değerlendirmiş olma hissini seviyorum. Kendimi iyi hissetmem için üretken olmam gerekli. Bu yüzden de hiçbir zaman eğlence ve içki düşkünü biri olmadım. Ertesi günümü çöpe atamam. Aslında Los Angeles bana bu yüzden iyi geliyor, Madrid'te gece ikide insanlar dışarı çıkmaya hazırlanırlarken orada kulüpler kapanmış oluyor.
M.C.: Los Angeles'taki hayatınızı seviyor musunuz?
P.C.: Başlarda çabuk alışamadım ama şimdi iyi hissediyorum. Bir derneğe üyeyim, evimi, köpeğim Vino'yu seviyorum. P.C.: O kadar dışmerkezli bir hayatım var ki hiç yıpranmıyorum bile. Bu ay beş çekim için Avrupa'ya gideceğim; üç gün Londra, on gün Los Angeles, beş gün Paris vs. Hayatımın yüzde 80'ini jet-lag halinde geçiriyorum ama buna çok alıştım sehayat etmeye bayılıyorum.
M.C.: Neden Los Angeles?
P.C.: Burada çalışıyorum. İtalyanca ve Fransızca dersleri alıyorum ve İngilizce aksanımı geliştiriyorum. Hip hop öğreniyorum, prodüksiyon ve sinema camiasını keşfediyorum. Ancak bu beni, benim de fırsatlar vermek istediğim yeni yetenekler geliştiren ülkemden alıkoymuyor. Hatta 'Passion India' adlı İspanyolca yeni bir bestseller'ın haklarını aldım ve yeni iki film yapımı gibi bir girişimim var.
M.C.: En acı anınız?
P.C.: Burada Los Angeles'ta iki yıl önceydi, otelde kalıyordum ve aşırı derecede hastaydım. Telefonla birilerini arayıp yardım istemek için telefonu elime aldığımda fark ettim ki hiçkimseyi tanımıyorum.
M.C.: En güzel anınız?
P.C.: İspanya'ya dönüş! Yedi yaşındayken komşumuzla birlikte anneannemin evinde yaptığım tiyatro.
M.C.: Birçok küçük kız oyuncu olmak ister. Ama siz hep olacağınızdan eminmişsiniz bu nasıl bir azim?
P.C.: Sanatla ilgili olan her şeyi inanılmaz derecede merak ediyordum, henüz 13 yaşındayken bir ajansa kaydoldum ve casting'lere gitmeye başladım. Gerçekten azmimin kanıtı bu sanırım.
M.C.: Çocukken nasıldınız?
P.C.: Çok zordum, inatçı ve asi. Her an bir yaramazlık peşinde. Annem hep o bulaşık yıkarken su dolu kovanın içine giysilerimde nasıl daldığımı anlatır.
M.C.: Neden özel hayatınızla ilgili bu kadar korumacısınız?
P.C.: Özel hayatımla ilgili hiçbir şey anlatmam, bu benim doğruluğumla ilgili. Sürekli takip edilmeye alıştım, hatta şu an otelin kapısında bile iki araba var. Ayrıca kendimle ilgili yazılan iyi kötü her şeye inanmamaya da alıştım.
M.C.: Bir role hazırlanırken o karaktere iyice bürünebilmek için uyguladığınız özel taktikler var mı?
P.C.: Evet, mesela ona bir parfüm bulmayı severim. Her rol ve her sette parfümüm değişir. Ayrıca kişiler hakkında çok şey anlattıklarını düşündüğüm için ayakkabılara da önem veririm.
M.C.: Hırslı mısınız?
P.C.: Benim mutluluk hırsım var. Benim için mutluluk sıkı çalışmak, sürekli öğrenmek ve kendini geliştirmekle birlikte gelir.
M.C.: Peki bu yorun hayatta çocuk sahibi olmaya nasıl bakıyorsunuz?
P.C.: Doğal olarak bu beni geriyor. Kendi çocuklarım olsun istiyorum ve evlat da edinmek istiyorum. Küçüklüğümden beri eğer evlat edinmezsem hayatımın gerçek anlamda dolmayacağını düşünürüm.
M.C.: Şu sıralar yanlız mısınız?
P.C.: Evet ama sadece size bunu söyleyebilirim. Hatırlarsanız yıllar önce yaptığım röpörtajlarda iş hayatımdan ve projelerimden bahseder üstüne de aşk hayatımı anlatırdım. Artık bunu yapmayı reddediyorum.
M.C.: Peki bize L'OrParis'ten bahseder misiniz? Neden bir yıl önce bu prestijli markaya katıldınız?
P.C.: Çünkü mantıklıydı ve biliyordum ki bir gün L'Orbeni isteyecekti. Biliyorsunuz ki ben annemin kuaför salonunda büyüdüm ve hâlâ L'Orbana ne hayallar kurdurduğunu unutamam.
M.C.: 1998'den bu yana birçok makalede Stephen Frears'ın İhtiras Tomurcukları filminden aldığınız paranın tamamını Rahibe Teresa Vakfı'na bağışladığınız yazıldı.
P.C.: Bu o kadar yanlış ki. Bu dedikodu yıllardır var ne nereden çıktığını bile bilmiyorum. Ayrıca doğru bile olsa neden bunu basına söyleyeyim ki? Kime ne verip ne vermediğimi hiçkimseye ilan etmem.
M.C.: Ama yine de Rahibe Teresa'yla birlikte Calcutta'da bir hafta çalıştınız değil mi?
P.C.: Evet işte bu doğru. Bir İspanyol dergisi ön ayak oldu ve onun evinde bir hafta geçirdim. Elimden geldiğince onun yetiştirdiği düşkün ve dar gelirlilere yardımcı olmaya çalıştım. Bu benim hayatımın en önemli yolculuğuydu ve beni o kadar derinden etkiledi ki oyunculuk kariyerime dönmekte bile zorlandım. Hatta beni Los Angeles'da oyunculuk yapmamın Calcutta'da kalmamdan daha yararlı olacağı konusunda ikna eden de yine Rahibe Teresa oldu. O zamandan beri sürekli yardım etmeye ve bağış yapmaya çalışıyorum. Yine de bence yaptıklarım yetersiz kalıyor.
M.C.: Kendinizi yaşlı kadın rollerinde oynarken görebiliyor musunuz?
P.C.: Evet tabii ki! Özellikle son zamanlardaki rollere baktığımda. Casino Royale'da Judi Rench, Şeytan Marka Giyer'de Merly Streep, ve Queen'de Helen Mirren beni çok etkiledi. Gelecek yıllarla ilgili çok umutluyum.

Samimi arkadaşlarının Pe adını taktığı bu kızın üç kardeşi var. Hayat acımasız ama bir o kadar da sevgi ve dayanışma dolu, tıpkı bir Almadfilmi gibi. Pazar günleri Rod Stewart eşliğinde baba Eduardo da dahil herkes birlikte evi temizliyor.

5 yaş: Durmak bilmez küçük kızlarından bıkmış halde onu ulusal konservatuara yazdırırlar. Burada on yıl boyunca bale, flamenko, modern ve jazz dans, öğrenir. O kadar zayıftır ki sınıf arkadaşları ona spatula adını takarlar.

Penelope panik atak krizi geçirdi

Volver (Dönüş) filminin güzel yıldızı Penelope Cruz, Continental Hava Yolları ile Newark’tan Barcelona’ya gitmeye hazırlanırken uçakta panik atak krizi geçirdi.

Cruz, uçağın harekete geçip kapıdan ayrılmasından sonra heyecana kapılarak kokpite gitti ve inmek istediğini söyledi. Büyük paniğe kapılan Cruz’un valizlerini alabilmesi için uçağın kalkışı gecikirken diğer yolcular da mağdur oldu. Cruz, 2004 yılında Salma Hayek ile yaptığı bir yolculuk sırasında da aynı problemi yaşamıştı.

Woody Allen rotasını Barselona'ya çevirdi

Eşi Soon Yi ile birlikte İspanya'da olan Woody Allen bir basın toplantısı düzenleyerek, Barselona kentiyle ilgili bir film çekmeye hazırlandığını açıkladı. 1979 yılında 'Manhattan' adlı bir film çekerek, bu kenti tüm dünyaya tanıtan ünlü yönetmen-oyuncu çok heyecanlı olduğunu ve filmin çekimlerine en kısa zamanda başlamak istediğini söyledi. Karmaşık bir aşk hikayesinin anlatılacağı filmde başrolleri Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem ve son dönem Allen filmlerinin vazgeçilmez oyuncusu Scarlett Johanssen'in paylaşması bekleniyor.

Bilindiği gibi kozmetik firmaları ürünlerini
tanıtırken abartılı anlatımlı reklamlar yapıyorlar.

Yani bu reklamı izleyipte "Oleyy minnacık kirpiklerim
artık Penelope'un kirpikleri gibi nerdeyse kaşlarıma değecek
mi diyor bu kadınlar??!

Yani zaten dergideki resimlere de baktığımızda gayet açıkça
photoshop uygulandığını ve takma kirpik kullanıldığını
görebiliyoruz.Ama insanlar kendilerini kandırmaya
meraklı olduğu için bu reklamı yasaklatmışlar.

Bence biraz daha olgunlaşmak ve
büyümek lazım :)
Bu reklamlara çocuklar bile inanmıyor.

Penelope Cruz, tatilini Ibiza'da geçiriyor. Geçen yaz fazla kiloları nedeniyle bikini yerine mayo giyen ve kış boyunca sürekli kilo aldığı için birçok çevre tarafından eleştirilen ünlü aktris, bikinicik bikinisiyle sahillerde şov yapıyor. Cruz, göbek bölgesindeki tüm fazlalıklardan kurtulmuş durumda.

Yeni filmin konusunu saklıyorlar

Bugüne kadar tam 3 kez birlikte çalışan Pedro Almodovar ve Penelope Cruz 'Los Abrazos Rotos' adlı bir film projesi yeniden bir araya geliyor. 1950'li yıllarda geçecek olan ve konusu şimdilik sır gibi saklanan filmin çekimlerine önümüzdeki ay başlanacak. İkili son olarak 'Volver' filminde birlikte çalışmıştı.

Penelope Kobay Oluyor

Penelope Cruz, Jerry Bruckheimer'ın bir hayli önemsidiği G-Force projesine katıldı. Animasyon ile live-action'u birleştiren filmde Cruz, dünyayı kurtarmaya çalışan ancak bir erkek çocuğun eline düşerek üzerinde türlü deneyler gerçekleştiren akıllı hayvanlardan Juarez'i seslendirecek. Küçük erkek çocuğunu ise Azınlık Raporu'nda Tom Cruise'un oğlu olarak izlediğimiz Tyler Patrick Jones canlandıracak. Filmin diğer önemli isimleri Nicolas Cage ve Steve Buscemi.
