Eski aşklarımıza ve kişiliklerimize, hüzünlü ancak keyifli bir övgü niteliğindeki bu filmde orta yaşlı bir adam New York'taki bir düğünde bir kadınla karşılaşır. Onu dinler ve yaşamı hakkında nazik sorular sorar. Kadın onu işveli bir tavırla yanıtlar. Birbirlerine çok yakışan bu çifti izledikçe aslında geçmişte birbirlerini çok iyi tanıdıklarını anlarız. Başka Kadınlarla Konuşmalar incelikle yazılmış zekice senaryosu ve bölünmüş ekranları kullanan anlatımıyla bu iki insanın zihinleri ve kişisel tarihleri içinde bizi geçmiş-şimdi arasında mekik dokuyan bir yolculuğa çıkarıyor. Böylelikle, onları gece boyunca sadece iki mekânda düğünde ve sevişmek için gittikleri otel odasında- görsek de, yakından tanıma fırsatı buluyoruz. Geçmişte paylaşılan anlara bambaşka yaklaştıklarını görüyoruz, fakat ikisi de eskiden oldukları insanlara karşı özlem duyuyor. Başka Kadınlarla Konuşmalar'ın insan yüreğinin çelişkilerine yönelik şiddetli ama yargılayıcı olmayan bir yaklaşımı var. Bize eskiden olduğumuz insanlara ancak teğet geçebileceğimizi, tekrardan onlar gibi olamayacağımızı hatırlatıyor. Geçmişle aramızdaki uçurumun derinliğine dair bu keskin kavrayış, filmi sıra dışı bir aşk hikâyesine dönüştürüyor.

4 akrabası trafik kurbanı

Beyazperdenin ünlü yıldızı Helena Bonham Carter, hayatının belki de en kötü günlerini geçiriyor. Ünlü yıldızın 4 akrabası, Güney Afrika'da safari alanına giderken geçirdikleri trafik kazasında yaşama veda etti.

Bonham Carter'ın halası, kuzenleri,çocukları ve eşlerini taşıyan minibüsün şoförü direksiyon hakimiyetini kaybedince kontrolden çıktı ve kaza meydana geldi.

Kazanın en genç kurbanı Bonham Carter'ın; kendisi gibi oyuncu olan kuzeni Fiona'nın 14 yaşındaki oğlu Marcus Egerton Warburton. Kazada yıldızın diğer yeğeni Piers ise yaralandı.

Ünlü yıldızın halası Brenda ve eşi Francis Kirkwood ile Helena Bonham Carter'ın kuzeninin eşi de aynı kazada yaşamlarını yitirdi.

Gotik kraliçemin başlığına gelmek daha önce hiç aklıma gelmemişti. :)

Bu hatuna duyduğum hayranlığı kelimelerle ifade etmek zor, gerçekten doğal haliyle, muhteşem bir kadın! Hemen her filmini izledim bir tek Sbuffy'nin yazdığı filmi "Başka Hatunlarla Muhabbetler"i izlememiştim onu da izleme şerefine nail oldum efem :)

Oyunculuk konusunda aşmış bir insan bunun yanı sıra Tim Burton ile birlikte Hollywood'un rüya çifti bence!
Fight Club'daki Marla karakterinin Helena'yı sevmemdeki büyük etkisini unutmamak lazım tabi....:img-wink:
