Oscar ödüllü Reese Witherspoon, kapağında kendisinin hamile olduğunu duyuran Star dergisi hakkında şikayette bulundu.

Star dergisi, 26 haziran tarihli sayısının kapağında, Witherspoon ile oyuncu Julia Roberts'ın fotoğrafını kullanmış, fotoğraf altında da ''Üçüncü bebek'' yazmıştı.

Derginin iç sayfalarındaki haberin devamında da her ikisi de ikişer çocuk sahibi oyuncuların yine hamile olduğu belirtilmişti.

Haberde, Witherspoon'un durumunu gizlemek için 1920'li yılların mayolarının yanı sıra geniş elbiseler giydiği belirtiliyordu.

Reese Witherspoon'un, özel hayatının ihlal edildiği ve imaj hakkına saygı duyulmadığı gerekçesiyle tazminat istediği ifade ediliyor.

2005 yılının en çok kazanan oyuncular listesinde yer alan Witherspoon, Amerikan folk şarkıcısı Johnny Cash'in hayatının anlatıldığı ''Walk the Line'' filmindeki June Cash rolüyle Oscar kazanmıştı.

Annesi hemşire, babası doktor olduğu için, Reese, çocukluğunda sık sık doktorculuk oynar ve kendinin de gelecekte doktor olacağını düşünürmüş.

Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe have separated after seven years of marriage, PEOPLE has confirmed.

"We are saddened to announce that Reese and Ryan have decided to formally separate," a rep for the couple said in a statement released Monday. "They remain committed to their family and we ask that you please respect their privacy and the safety of their children at this time." TMZ.com first reported the couple's split.

Witherspoon, 30, and Phillippe, 32, have two children, daughter Ava, 7, and son Deacon, 3.

The couple met when a mutual friend brought Phillippe to Witherspoon's 21st-birthday party. Two years later, after they had costarred in 1999's Cruel Intentions, he proposed. They married in June 1999 and had Ava three months later.

Though the couple seemed to have it all – a successful relationship, thriving careers and beautiful children – they both spoke openly about having to work on their marriage.

In 2002, Phillippe told New York's Daily News that they were in couples therapy. "The biggest mistake," he said, "is not doing that, ignoring it and having the marriage fall apart because of laziness."

Similarly Witherspoon told PEOPLE at the time: "I'm not interested in the fallacy of the Hollywood relationship: 'We have perfect children who never cry; we never have problems; we never argue, we're always best friends,'" she said. "That's just not true. We're normal people with normal problems."

Witherspoon, who won an Oscar for her role in last year's hit Walk the Line, is next expected to appear in the drama Rendition. Phillippe is currently starring in the WWII drama Flags of Our Fathers.

Oscarlı yıldız Reese Witherspoon ve ünlü aktör Jake Gyllenhaal, yeni bir aşka yelken açtı. 'Rendition' adlı yeni filmlerinin setinde tanışan ve tanıştıkları günden bu yana New York'ta birbirleriyle vakit geçiren ünlü çifte yakın kaynaklar, her ikisinin de aradığı aşkı bulduklarını söylüyor. Geçtiğimiz yıl Ryan Phillippe ile yollarını ayıran ancak yasal olarak hala boşanma davası sonuçlanmayan Oscarlı Witherspoon, çıkan bu aşk söylentileriyle ilgili şimdilik bir açıklama yapmaktan kaçınıyor.

Yolları 10 yıl önce bir film setinde kesişen Reese Witherspoon ve Ryan Phillippe, 7 yıllık evliliklerini iki çocuklarına rağmen geçtiğimiz kasım ayında bitirmişti. Her ikisi de oyuncu olan çiftin arasına kıskançlığın girdiği söylendi. 'Sınırları Aşmak' filmiyle Oscar kazandıktan sonra bir anda tüm gözlerin üzerine çevrildiği Reese Witherspoon, kendisi gibi oyuncu olan eşini bu başarısıyla gölgede bırakmıştı.

Witherspoon'un başarısının yanında sönük kalan Ryan Phillippe'nin bu durumu hazmedemediği ve bu yüzden kavgaların başladığı iddia edilmişti. Bir dönem çiftin, Phillippe'nin ünlü aktris Abbie Cornish ile yaşadığı kaçamak yüzünden ayrıldığı da konuşuluyordu. Bir süredir ünlü aktör Jake Gyllenhaal ile aşk yaşadığı söylenen Reese Witherspoon, bu söylentileri yalanladı. Oscarlı yıldız Reese Witherspoon, boyunun kısalığının azizliğine uğradı. Yeni filmi Penelope'nin bir sahnesinde motosiklete binmesi gereken Witherspoon'un boyu yetmedi ve bu sahne filmden çıkarıldı! Yönetmenliğini Mark Palansky'nin üstlendiği filmde, başına böyle bir durum geldiği için utandığını itiraf eden ünlü aktris "Sahnenin filmden çıkarılmasına üzüldüm ama yapacak başka şey yoktu" dedi.

Reese Witherspoon, kadınlara yardım elini uzattı!

Oscarlı yıldız Reese Witherspoon, UNIFEM (Birleşmiş Milletler Kadın Gelişim Fonu) ile işbirliğine girerek, şiddet gören kadınlar için yürütülen bir kampanyaya katıldı.

Ünlü kozmetik markası Avon'un da yer aldığı Amerika'daki kampanyada, şiddet gören kadınlara yardım amacıyla 3 dolara bilezik satılıyor. Bileziklerin satışından elde edilen gelir, kadınlar için hazırlanan fona aktarılacak.

Ben Ryan ve Reese acayip derecede yakıştırıyordum. Bana göre Hollywood' ın en yakışan çifti onlardı :( Anca öğrendim ayrıldıklarını ağzım açık şekilde okuyorum 2 gündür çıkan haberleri. Baya bir geriden geliyorum ama onları eskiden çok takip ederdim şu son 3 yıldır takip edemedim. Sadece filmlerinden haberim oluyordu. Youtube da bir klip izliim Cruel İntentions' ın dedim çünkü en sevdiğim filmdir orda ki yorumlarda görünce dumur oldum ve hemen araştırmaya başladım. Çoğu kaynak Reese aldattı diyor kimisi de Ryan sayacam kim yaptıysa karar veremedim :) Gerçi Ryan' ın yapacağını sanmıyorum çünkü o gerçekten aşıktı yani acayip derecede. Reese Jake ile aldattı bence ki zaten görünen de o. Ne çabuk çıkdı da evlenme kararı aldı pes ya.. Ryan için üzülüyorum valla hemde çok güzelim yuvayı yıktılar. Bir onlar kalmışdı onlarda bitti :(:( Yani o çocuklar için bir şans verilseydi. :(:(:(
