Kaptan Kirk'ün Gençlik Yıllarında

Abrams'ın gözüne ünlün bir aktör takıldı

J.J. Abrams’ın yeni Uzay Yolu filminin başına geçtiğini öğrenince hem sevinmiş hem de şaşırmıştık. Felicity, Alias, Lost gibi son yılların hit dizilerinde imzası olan Abrams’ın Uzay Yolu’nda kimleri sahneye çıkaracağı ile ilgili dedikodular başladı bile.

The Insider’ın henüz tamamen dedikodu boyutunda olan habere göre filmde Kaptan Kirk’ün gençlik yıllarını Matt Damon’ın canlandırması düşünülüyormuş. Paramount’a yakın kaynaklara göre film Abrams’ı ellerine teslim edildiği ilk günden beri Damon adı projeyle zaten anılmaktaymış.

Damon’ın gerçekten yeni Uzay Yolu filminde yer alıp almayacağını henüz bilmiyoruz. Abrams tarafından şimdiye kadar tek bir isim resmi olarak açıklandı; yönetmenin favori oyuncularından ve nerdeyse her dizisinde yer alan Greg Grunberg.

Daily Variety'nin haberine göre, son dönemde gangster ve macera filmlerinin değişmez oyuncuları Scorcese'nin yeni projesinde buluştu. Sinemanın 3 Oscarlı efsanesi Jack Nicholson da son olarak proje için Scorcese ile el sıkışarak kadroya dahil oldu. Ünlü aktör, filmde gangster çetesinin başını canlandırırken, "En İyi Erkek Oyuncu" dalında Oscar ödülüne aday gösterilen Leonardo DiCaprio da kendine gangster süsü veren sivil polisi canlandıracak.

"Oceans 12" filminde Danny Ocean'ın kurduğu çetenin üyelerinden birini canlandıran Matt Damon, bu yeni yapımda da emniyet teşkilatına sızarak polis olan, ancak burada el altından çetenin işlerini yürüten İrlandalı bir gangster rolünde seyirci karşısına çıkacak. Hong-Kong yapımı "Infernal Affairs" isimli filmin yeni çevrimi niteliğini taşıyan "The Departed"ın çekimlerine Nisan ayında başlandı.

Angelina Jolie’nin son filmi The Good Shepherd’da Matt Damon’la oynadığı sevişme sahnesi ortalığı karıştırdı.

Efsane oyuncu Robert De Niro’nun yönetmenliğini üstlendiği, CIA tarihinin patırtılı ilk dönemini konu alan "The Good Shepherd", bir casusluk filmi olmasına rağmen başrol oyuncuları; Angelina Jolie ve Matt Damon arasında geçen sevişme sahnesiyle gündeme geldi. "Ocean’s Eleven" ve "Ocean’s Twelve" filmlerinde birlikte rol aldığı Brad Pitt’in en yakın arkadaşı olan Matt Damon, söz konusu sahneler için; "Sonuçta bizler profesyonel oyuncularız. Ancak en yakın arkadaşım Brad Pitt’in sevgilisiyle sevişmek gerçekten de çok kötü bir duyguymuş" itirafında bulunması Hollywood’un magazin basınında büyük yankı uyandırdı.

Angelina Jolie ise sevişme sahnelerinden rahatsız olmadığını, bunun profesyonelliğin bir parçası olduğunu belirtip "Matt Damon benim de çok yakın arkadaşım. Sette yaşanan her şey sette kalır. Brad Pitt ve Matt Damon’la öpüşmemin arasındaki tek fark birinin arkadaşım diğerinin ise sevgilim olmasıdır" diyerek olaya esprili yaklaştı. Brad Pitt cephesinden ise sevişme sahneleriyle ilgili henüz bir açıklama gelmedi.

Öte yandan Angelina Jolie önceki gün bir çocuk daha doğurmak istediğini açıkladı. Güzel yıldız Maddox’un aile kavramını yeni anladığını ve bu yüzden çocuklarına bir kardeş daha vermek istediğini söyledi.

Ünlü aktör, Angelina Jolie ile sevişme sahnelerinin perde arkasını anlattı.Angelina gibi bir kadına nasıl ilgi duyulmaz? Ama o sahne biraz tuhaftı yani... Brad'le (Pitt) benim arkadaş olmam, Angelina'nın da benim eşimle arkadaş olması, o sahneyi daha da tuhaf hale getirdi.

CIA’in kuruluşunu ve Soğuk Savaş dönemindeki icraatlarını konu alan filmden yola çıkarak ABD Başkanı Bush’u ağır bir dille eleştiren Oscar’lı aktör, "Irak’a girip mucize gerçekleştireceklerini düşündüler. Ama yine ideoloji hatası yapıldı. Irak’ta ölenler fakir Amerikalılar" diyor.

O dünyanın en güzel 50 insanından biri... Ama hiçbir zaman sadece yakışıklılığı ile anılmadı. Harvard mezunu olmaya az bir süre kala oyuncu olmak için okulu bırakan Matt Damon, aynı zamanda Hollywood’un en zeki erkeklerinden biri olarak gösteriliyor. Oscar’lı aktör, 57. Berlin Film Festivali’nde Altın Ayı için yarışan "The Good Shepherd" için Berlin’de ve tam karşımdaydı.

"The Good Shepher" filminde CIA’in kuruluşunda önemli bir rol oynayan ajan Edward Wilson’ı canlandıran Oscar’lı aktörle, filmini, rolünü, CIA’i ve Amerika’nın Irak politikasını konuştuk. Sohbetin en ciddi kısmı, Hollywood’daki politik film modasını açıkladığı anlar, en eğlenceli kısmı ise Angelina Jolie ile olan sevişme sahnesini anlattığı bölümdü.

n Duygusuz olarak tanımlanabilecek bir karakteri canlandırıyorsunuz. İzleyicinin Edward Wilson’a sempati duyup, baştan sona ilgisini koruması için neler yaptınız?

- Bu konuda çok endişem vardı. Robert De Niro değil, başka bir yönetmen olsa bu korkum hoş olmayan sonuçlar da doğurabilirdi belki. Ama Robert her zaman duygusal olarak dürüst olmamı istedi ve perdeye yansıyan da son derece doğal ve gerçekçi bir karakter oldu. O bence insan davranışlarını çok iyi bilen bir yönetmen. Ona "Şimdi seni dinliyorum" dediğimde, o bana hep "Beni dinlersen, hiçbir şey yapmıyor olursun" dedi. Bence bu onun yönetmenlik anlayışını ortaya koyan en güzel örnek.

n Robert De Niro ile çalışmak nasıl bir duygu?

- Onun kadar meşhur olup, odaya girdiği anda varlığını hissettirmeyen birini daha görmedim ben. Tamamen görünmez olabiliyor. Robert her türlü detayla ilgilenen ama aynı zamanda oyuncularını sıkmayan harika bir yönetmen. Beni seyrederek, sessiz sakin yönetti diyebilirim. Bazen yanıma gelip kendi elleriyle saçımı düzeltir, sonra gider tekrar çekime devam ederdi. Detaylara olan düşkünlüğü ve bunları hissettirmeden düzeltmesine hayranım. Bu iş için çok emek harcadı. 2-3 saat uykuyla durduğu zamanları biliyorum.

n Bu filmle birlikte CIA hakkında ne öğrendiniz?

- O döneme ait pek çok bilgi vardı. Teknik danışmanımız da çok yardımcı oldu. Benim oynadığım karakter pek çok ajanın birleşimi. Şu anda serviste çalışanlar 1940’larda, 50’lerde yaşananları anlatmaktan çekinmiyorlar. Zaten İran ve Guatemala’da çok başarı elde etmişler. Domuzlar Körfezi’ne gelene dek yanlışlar da yapmamışlar üstelik. Orada da ideoloji hatası yapılmış. Bunların hepsini anlattılar bize.

n Soğuk Savaş konusunda kendinizi uzman hissediyor musunuz?

- Okulda bu konu üzerine ders almıştım. Şimdi de filmler sayesinde çok daha fazla şey öğrendim. Bazı gerçekler ilk kez "The Good Shepherd"da belgeleniyor. Bu çok etkileyici bir durum. Robert De Niro, Berlin Duvarı’nın yapılması ve yıkılması arasındaki dönemi de perdeye yansıtmaya karar verirse seve seve oynarım. Bu film için çektiğimiz zorlukları hiç önemsemiyorum.

BABA OLMAK ANLADILDIĞI GİBİ DEĞİL

n Filmin yapımında ne gibi zorluklarla karşılaştınız?

- Proje, bütçe açısından çok zorladı bizi. "The Good Shepherd" pahalı bir film oldu. Hem Robert hem de ben aldığımız parayı geri vermek zorunda kaldık. Kaba kurgusu 4,5-5 saat olan bir film çektik ama hálá yapmak istediğimiz her şeyi gerçekleştirdiğimizi söyleyemem.

n George Bush için "Hiçbir zaman benim başkanım olmadı" dediniz. CIA’in bu yönetim altındaki durumunu nasıl değerlendiriyorsunuz?

- Her şey devletin gizli servisi nasıl kullanmak istediğiyle alakalı. Gizli servis dürüst bir şekilde yönlendirilmediği zaman sorunlar çıkıyor. Bir örnek vereyim: "Syriana"yı yaptığımız sırada Robert Baer Irak’taydı. Robert uzun zaman bölgede yaşadığı, olan biteni gözlemlediği için Irak konusunda tam bir uzman. Robert o zaman "İç savaş çıkacak" demişti. Ama onu kimse dinlemedi. Irak’a girip mucize gerçekleştireceklerini düşündüler. Aynı Domuzlar Körfezi’nde olduğu gibi yine ideoloji hatası yapıldı.

n Son zamanlarda Hollywood’da çekilen politik filmlerin sayısı arttı. Sizce bunun nedeni nedir?

- Bir süredir politik filmlere karşı bir açlık vardı. Eskiden 1970’lerde güvenmekte zorlandığımız bir başkanımız vardı ve buna tepki olarak politik filmler çekildi. Bence şu anda benzer bir dönem tekrar yaşanıyor. Şimdi insanlar durup kendilerine, "Bize yalan mı söyleniyor?" diye soruyorlar. Şu anda savaştayız ve insanlar ölüyorlar. Amerika’da şöyle tuhaf bir durum var. Zenginler şampanyalarını yudumlayarak şaşaalı yaşamlarına devam ediyorlar. Savaşanlar ve ölenler ise fakirler. Başkanımızın dediklerine inanmıyoruz. Tüm bu yaşananları gördükçe bunlara tanıklık yapmak istiyorsunuz. "The Good Shepherd", "Syriana" gibi filmlerle bunu gerçekleştirmiş olmaktan çok mutluyum.

n Biraz klişe bir soru olacak ama baba olmak neler değiştirdi hayatınızda?

- İyi bir soru. Ama tam olarak cevap vermek zor. Baba olmak anlatılacak gibi bir şey değil gibi geliyor bana çoğu zaman. Doğuma kadar dokuz ay boyunca herkes bana değişeceksin dedi durdu. Kendisine sürekli söylenen bir şeye zamanla yabancılaşıyor insan. Ama doğum gerçekleştiğinde ne demek istediklerini çok iyi anladım. Şu anda çocuğumdan daha önemli bir şey yok hayatımda.

Angelina’yla sevişmek çok tuhaftı

n "The Good Shepherd"da canlandırdığınız CIA ajanıyla oğlu arasında mesafeli bir ilişki var. Bu rol sizi zorladı mı?

- Evet, mesafeli bir ilişki söz konusu. Neyse ki benim şahsi tecrübelerim bu filmdekinden çok daha farklı. Umarım yeni baba olmuş biri olarak da bu tip tecrübeler yaşamam. "The Good Shepherd"daki CIA’e özel bir durum. CIA üyelerinin aileleriyle yaptığımız konuşmalarda hayatlarının gerçekten böyle olduğunu gördük. Ajanlar, CIA için çalıştıklarını kimseyle konuşmazlarmış, aileleriyle bile. Bu durum çocuklarının üzerinde büyük bir etki bırakmış tabii. Evdeki bu gizlilik durumunun gerekli olduğuna inanıyorlarmış üstelik.

n Angelina Jolie filmde sevmeden evlenmek zorunda kaldığınız eşinizi oynuyor. Kulağınıza aşk sözcükleri fısıldarken ona karşı ilgisiz kalmak nasıldı? Nasıl bir sevişme sahnesiydi sizce?

Porno film çekmek isterdim

l Karakterlerin ön planda olduğu bir porno filmi çekmek istediğinizi söylemişsiniz. Doğru mu?

- (Gülüyor) Doug Liman’la "Bourne Identity"yi çekiyorduk. Bana büyük bir fırsat kaçırdığımızı, ışıklar söndükten sonra porno filmi için de bir sahne çekmemiz gerektiğini söyledi. Ben de ona "Hadi o zaman bu karakterlerin yer aldığı, karakter odaklı bir porno filmi çekelim, adını da ’Porn Identity’ koyalım" dedim. Yapsaydık aynı yönetmen ve oyuncularla çekilen 75 milyon dolarlık bir porno filmimiz olurdu. Kim bilir, arkasından da "Porn Supremacy" ve "Porn Ultimatum" gelirdi belki!

l Bu kadar iyi filmde rol aldıktan sonra kendinizi artık rahat ve güvende hissediyor musunuz?

- Bu işte insan kendini hiçbir zaman rahat ve güvende hissetmiyor. Çok büyük rekabet var. Doğru senaryo ve proje kolay bulunmuyor. Başarı işin kalitesiyle değil, gişe hasılatıyla ölçülüyor. Ben bu aralar rahatı hayatımın başka alanlarında buldum. Son zamanlarda özel yaşamımda mutlu olmam yaşadığım her türlü zorluğu unutturuyor bana.

l Sevgiyi buldum, başarı o kadar da önemli değil mi diyorsunuz?

- Sanırım evet.

Wahlberg ve Damon Bir Arada

Variety'nin verdiği habere göre Mark Wahlberg ve Matt Damon'ın boksör Micky Ward'ın gerçek hayatından uyarlanan "The Fighter" adlı filmde oynayacağı belirtildi. Filmin yönetmen koltuğu için düşünülen isimse Darren Aronofsky.

"İrlandalı" diye bilinen boksör Micky Ward'ın Wahlberg tarafından canlandırılacağı filmde, Damon da Ward'ın üvey abisini canlandıracak. Filmin çekimlerinin yaz başında Massachusetts'te başlayacağı bildirildi.

Yeniden Irak'a gidiyorlar

Türkiye'de 7 Eylül'de vizyona girecek 'The Bourne Ultimatum' filminde omuz omuza veren yönetmen Paul Greengrass ve oyuncu Matt Damon, Irak'ta geçecek yeni bir film için yeniden bir araya geliyor.
'Imperial Life in the Emerald City' (Zümrüt Yeşili Ülkede İmparator Hayatı) gibi iddialı bir ismi olan filmde Irak'taki Amerikalıların faaliyetleri anlatılacak.

Yazar Rajiv Chandrasekaran'ın kitabından uyarlanacak filmde George Bush'a eleştiri okları yöneltilecek. Matt Damon bir felaket olarak nitelediği Irak işgali ve filmi ilgili "Amerika, Arapça bilmeyen insanları Iraklıların başına yolladı dolayısıyla savaştan sonra bir yapılanma olması ihtimali de ortadan kalktı. Bu film Amerika'nın beceriksizliğini anlatacak" diyor.

Filmin çekimlerine 2008 Şubatında başlanacak.

'Son Ültimatom' rekor kırıyor


Matt Damon'ın oynadığı casusluk serisinin üçüncü filmi 'Son Ültimatom' Kuzey Amerika'da izlenme rekorları kırıyor.

Gösterime girdiği ilk hafta sonu, cumadan pazara kadar yaklaşık 70.2 milyon dolarlık bir hasılat yakalayarak, daha önceki Bourne maceralarının açılış haftalarında elde ettikleri toplam hasılattan çok daha yüksek bir rakama ulaştı.

Serinin ilk filmi 'Geçmişi Olmayan Adam', 2002 yılında Amerika'da ve Kanada'da 27 milyon dolarlık bir hasılata ulaşırken, serinin ikinci filmi 'Medusa Darbesi' 2004 yılında 52.5 milyon dolarlık bir hasılat elde etmişti. Geçen haftanın en popüler filmi, 'Simpsonlar', bir numara gerileyerek yerini 'Son Ültimatom'a bıraktı. Ancak farklı kaynaklardan alınan bilgilere göre 'Simpsonlar' yine de uluslararası gişenin en popüler filmi görünüyor.

Popüler bir televizyon çizgi dizinin filme dönüştürülmüş hali olan Simpsonlar, Kuzey Amerika'da gösterime girdikten sonra iki haftada 25.6 milyon dolarlık gelir elde etmişti.

İzleyici Bourne'a bayılıyor
Universal Pictures Film şirketinde dağıtım sorumlusu Nikki Rocco 'Son Ültimatom' filminin başarısıyla ilgili olarak, "Şu an gerçekten çok iyi gelir elde ediyoruz" dedi. Rocco, Associated Press'e bu filmin eleştirmenlerin ve izleyicilerin görüşüne göre şimdiye kadar gösterilen en iyi film olduğunu söyledi ve Matt Damon'ın yeni bir 'James Bond' efsanesi olacağını da ekledi.

Forbes dergisinin araştırması, Matt Damon'ın Hollywood'daki en çok kazandıran oyuncu olduğunu ortaya çıkardı. Matt Damon hem az para alıyor hem çok kazandırıyor. Şimdi herkes onu konuşuyor.

Bu aralar her yerde Matt Damon konuşuluyor. Bourne serisinin 3. filmi Son Ültimatom'un gösterime girdiği ilk hafta 70 milyon dolarlık gişe hasılatı yapması tüm dünyada olay yarattı ve gözler bir anda Damon'a çevrildi. Sanki Damon'da şeytan tüyü vardı, oynadığı her film binlerce insan tarafından izleniyor ve gişe rekorları kırıyordu. Durumu ilginç kılan esas faktör ise, Damon'ın en çok kazandıran aktör olmasına rağmen kendisinin çok fazla kazanamaması.

Doğru tercih Bourne serisi
Hollywood'un sessiz sakin yıldızlarından Matt Damon'ın bu başarısının arkasında iki başarılı 'film serisi' nin son filmleri var. Biri yıldızlar geçidi 'Ocean's 13' diğeri ise 'Bourne Son Ültimatom'. Damon, başarısında 'şansın' payını da yok saymıyor. Bir dönem altı ay boyunca tek bir film teklifi dahi alamadığı, hatta bu ara filmlerden ümüdi kesip Londra'da tiyatro sahnesine çıktığı bile olmuş. Nitekim Bourne serisinin ilk filmi, Geçmişi Olmayan Adam'da patlayana kadar 'vasatın altında' bir kariyeri olduğunu söylüyor.

Aslında Damon'ın kariyeri şans kadar zekicebir stratejiye dayanıyor. Onu 'Köstebek'de beraber rol aldığı Leonardo Di Caprio'yla karşılaştırırsak anlarız. İkisinin de ilk çıkışları çok gösterişli; Damon 'Can Dostum', Di Caprio ise 'Titanic'le ünlendi. İkisinin de inzivaya çekildikleri dönemler var, ikisi de yetenekli, ikisinin de gişesi yüksek. Belki de aralarındaki tek fark Damon'ın film başına Caprio'nun yarısı kadar para alması. İşte bu yüzden Damon yapımcıların gözdesi, o listede ilk sırada yer alırken Caprio ilk ona bile giremiyor.

Açıklamalarından ikinci seçeneği tercih ettiğini az çok anlıyoruz çünkü Damon risk almaktan korkarak olduğu yerde sayan aktörleri eleştiriyor ve onlar gibi davranmayacağını söylüyor.

Geçen hafta internetten Bourne Ultimatum'u indirip izledim harika bir filmdi 2. filmin sonunu 3. filmin ortasında kullanmaları hikayeyi bir bütün gibi göstermeleri muhteşemdi zaten 3. film direk Moskova'daki olaylardan sonrasında yine Moskova'da başladı artık bourne klasiği olan araba takip sahneleri , yakın dövüşler hepsi harikaydı bir o kadar ilginç olanı ise Matt Damon bütün bu sahneleri kendisi oynamış dublör kullanmadan sbuffy'nin koyduğu haberleride görünce yapımcıların neden bu adamı istemeleri açıkça ortaya çıkıyor
