Julie Benz 1 Mayıs Pennsylvania doğumlu Amerikalı aktris.En çok,Buffy The Vampire Slayer ve onun spin-off'u olan Angel dizilerinde Darla adındaki güzel vampiri canlandırmasıyla tanınır.Benz şu sıralarda Amerikan Showtime kanalının hit dizisi Dexter'da Rita Bennett rolünü üstlenmiştir.Pek çok popüler dizide de zaman zaman "guest star" olarak rol alan Benz A.B.D'nin en iyi dizi oyuncularından biridir.

2006 Sattellite Awards "bir dizide rol alan en iyi yardımcı kadın oyuncu" ödülünü Dexter'daki performansı ile kazanmıştır.
