Alexis Bledel, 1981 doğumlu Amerika’lı dizi ve sinema oyuncusu. Aynı zamanda eski bir model olan Alexis, Gilmore Girls’de oynadığı ‘Rory’ ve Robert Rodrigez filmi Sin City’de canlandırdığı ‘Becky’ karakteriyle tanınıyor.

Kimberly Alexis Bledel, 16 eylül 1981’de Arjantin’li Martin Bledel ve Meksika’lı Nanette Blake’in kızı olarak Houston, Texas’ta İspanyolca konuşan bir ailede dünyaya geldi. 1986 doğumlu Eric David Bledel adında bir de erkek kardeşi olan Alexis, İngilizce’yi okula başlayınca öğrendi. 8 yaşındayken utangaçlığını üzerinden atması annesinin teşvikiyle şehir tiyatrosunda oynamaya başlayan Alexis, Our Town , The Wizard of Oz ve Aladdin gibi yapımlarda yer aldı.

Houston’daki St. Agnes Academy’ye başlamadan önce 14 yaşındayken bir süre yerel bir mağazada modellik yapan ve liseye giderken de modellik kariyerine devam eden Alexis, aynı zamanda Tokyo, Milan, New York ve Los Angeles gibi merkezlere seyahat etti. Page Parkes Modellik ve Oyunculuk Merkezi’nde (Page Parkes Center for Modeling and Acting) eğitim aldıktan sonra 1 sene kadar New York Üniversitesi’ne bağlı Tish Sanat Okulu’na (Tish School of Arts) devam etti.

2000 baharında Los Angeles’da katıldığı deneme çekimlerinin ardından, Gilmore Girls adlı dizide oynaması için seçildi ve televizyon kariyeri başlamış oldu. Bekar anne Lorelai Victoria Gilmore’un kızı Lorelai Leigh ‘Rory’ Gilmore karakterini canlandıran Alexis, bu rolüyle birçok tv ödülünün de (2002-Kadın Oyuncu Dalında Family Television Award, 2005 ve 2006 Komedi Dalında Teen Choice Award) sahibi oldu. Dizinin birinci sezonunda karakterinin aşırı kahve içmesinden dolayı zamanla bundan usanan Alexis, dizide Rory kahve içtiği zaman, artık çay yada kola içmeye başladı ve rolüyle ilgili şunları söyledi:


Bazı kişilik özelliklerinden ve ailesiyle olan ilişkilerinden dolayı Rory karakteriyle kendimi bağdaştırdığımı söyleyebilirim. Zaten bence dizideki aile yapısı ve anne-kız ilişkisini bir çok kişi kendisiyle bağdaştırabilir.

Gillmore Girls’de oynamaya devam ettiği süre içerisinde, Tuck Everlasting (2002-Winifred 'Winnie' Foster rolünde), DysEnchanted (2004-Goldilocks rolünde), Bride & Prejudice (2004-Georgina "Georgie" Darcy rolünde), The Orphan King (2005-Dylan rolünde) ve The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (2005-Lena rolünde) filmlerinde rol aldı. Yine 2005’de ses getiren Bruce Willis, Benicio Del Toro, Jessica Alba ve Brittany Murphy'nin başrollerinde oynadığı Robert Rodrigez filmi Sin City’de ‘Becky’ karakterini canlandırdı. Genelde siyah beyaz olan ancak bazı bölgelerin renklendirildiği filmde Rodrigez, Alexis’in gözlerini çok etkileyici buldu ve böylece Becky karakteri, gözlerinin mavi rengini korudu. Alexis, Becky karakteriyle ilgili olarak ‘Silah taşıyor ve popo tekmeliyor’ demişti.

Amerikan ska punk grubu Less Than Jake’in 2003 yılındaki Anthem albümünün She’s Gonna Break Soon şarkısının klibinde de oynayan Alexis, son olarak 2006 yapımı I'm Reed Fish adlı filmde Kate Peterson karakterini canlandırdı.

Ailesi ve yakın arkadaşları tarafından ‘Kim’ diye çağırılan ve çalışmadığı zamanlarda kitap okumaktan, gezmekten, fotoğraf çekmekten ve ailesi ile zaman geçirmekten zevk alan Alexis, alacak parası olmayanlara kitap yardımı sağlayan First Book adlı organizasyonda da çalışıyor.

2002 yılında Teen People's magazine ‘Hottest Stars Under 25’ listesinde yer alan Bledel, Maxim Magazine’in Hot 100 of 2005 listesinde 87. sırada yer aldı.

Gilmore Girls’deki rol arkadaşı Milo Ventimiglia ile 2006 baharında ayrılmalarından önce, 3.5 yıllık bir birliktelik yaşayan Alexis’in, Sophie adında Malta Chihuahua cinsi bir köpeği var. Alexis, halen 7. sezonu sürmekte olan Gilmore Girls’de oynamaya devam ediyor ve Los Angeles’da yaşıyor.

Şu an için diyorsan,doğru olduğunu sanmıyorum.
Çünkü alexis'in bir sevgilisi var,hatta resimlerini eklemiştim önceki sayfalardan birine.
Ama daha önceden adam, gilmore girls'ün birkaç bölümünde oynamıştı,bu sebeple ikili çeşitli sebeplerden dolayı biraraya geldi (çeşitli photoshoop çekimi falan yaptılar).Bu yüzden sevgili olduklari iddası ortaya atılmış olabilir o tarihte...

Gilmore Girls'ün Prensesi: Alexis Bledel

Geçen sene sona eren, televizyonların en bilimkurgu dizisi “Gilmore Girls”un ukala prensesi Rory, tahmin edeceğiniz üzere gerçek hayatta bilimkurgudan hiç hoşlanmıyor. Zaten ona göre dizi hiç de öyle bilimkurgu filan değildi, onun da annesiyle arası, en az Rory ile Lorelia’nin arası kadar iyi.

16 Eylül 1981 doğumlu Kimberly Alexis Bledel, kocaman mavi gözleri ve bembeyaz suratına rağmen hiç de tipik bir Texas kızı gibi durmuyor. Annesi Arjantinli olduğundan olsa gerek. Okula başlayana kadar sadece İspanyolca konuşan Alexis, utangaçlığından sıyrılsın diye 7 yaşında annesi tarafından tiyatroya yazdırılmış. Türlü türlü oyunlarda oynamasına rağmen alışveriş merkezinde keşfedilmiş ve reklamlarda oynamaya başlamış.

19 yaşında bir yandan reklamlarda oynayıp bir yandan da New York Üniversitesi’nde film okurken, reklam ajansı bağlantıları sayesinde önüne “Gilmore Girls”deki Rory rolü gelmiş. Bekar annesi ile yaşayan bu lise öğrencisinin maceraları o kadar sevilmiş ki en fazla iki sezon sürmesi umarak başlanan dizi tam 7 sezon sürdü.
E haliyle büyüyen Rory de Yale’de üniversite eğitimine başladı. Hem üniversite hayatı, hem gerçek hayatta sıkılgan biri oluşu, hem de en yakın arkadaşının annesi olması sebebiyle Alexis, Rory ile yakın bir iletişim halinde.

Less Than Jake videosu “She’s Gonna Break Soon” ve ufak roller dışında dizi harici yaver gitmeyen oyunculuk kariyerinin değiştiği an ise, 2005 yapımı “Sin City”deki Becky rolü. “Sin City”de de annesi ile çok yakındı, gerçi bu Robert Rodriguez’in sırf eğlenmek için eklediği bir kısımdı. O ana kadar hem çok cici, çok temiz kızları canlandıran Alexis’e ilk kez farklı ve kötü bir karakteri canlandırma şansı veren bu film, ne yalan söyleyelim, üzerinde bir beden büyük durmuştu.

Böyle düşününce, sonraki filmi “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” ona daha uygun düşüyor. En az Gilmore kadar bilimkurgu olan bu filmde, bir jean pantolon, epey farklı bedenlerde dört kıza da şahane oluyordu. Muhtemelen izleme şansı bulamayacağımız, şimdilik son filmi de “I’m Reed Fish”.

Alexis, okumayı, fotoğraf çekmeyi, ailesi ve arkadaşlarıyla olmayı seviyor. Gilmore’un ilk sezonunda o kadar çok kahve içmiş ki artık Rory’nin kahve içtiği sahnelerde elinde kola var. Bilgisayarı yok ve internetin ‘i’sinden anlamıyor. “Gilmore Girls”de rol icabı birlikte olduğu tüm çocuklarla gerçek hayatta da kol kola görülmesi dikkate değer bir diğer özelliği!

Alexis Bledel


Kimberly Alexis Bledel, 16 Eylül 1981’de Arjantin’li Martin Bledel ve Meksika’lı Nanette Blake’in kızı olarak Houston, Texas’ta İspanyolca konuşan bir ailede dünyaya geldi. 1986 doğumlu Eric David Bledel adında bir de erkek kardeşi olan Alexis, İngilizce’yi okula başlayınca öğrendi. 8 yaşındayken utangaçlığını üzerinden atması annesinin teşvikiyle şehir tiyatrosunda oynamaya başlayan Alexis, Our Town , The Wizard of Oz ve Aladdin gibi yapımlarda yer aldı.
Houston’daki St. Agnes Academy’ye başlamadan önce 14 yaşındayken bir süre yerel bir mağazada modellik yapan ve liseye giderken de modellik kariyerine devam eden Alexis, aynı zamanda Tokyo, Milan, New York ve Los Angeles gibi merkezlere seyahat etti. Page Parkes Modellik ve Oyunculuk Merkezi’nde (Page Parkes Center for Modeling and Acting) eğitim aldıktan sonra 1 sene kadar New York Üniversitesi’ne bağlı Tish Sanat Okulu’na (Tish School of Arts) devam etti.

2000 baharında Los Angeles’da katıldığı deneme çekimlerinin ardından, Gilmore Girls adlı dizide oynaması için seçildi ve televizyon kariyeri başlamış oldu. Bekar anne Lorelai Victoria Gilmore’un kızı Lorelai Leigh ‘Rory’ Gilmore karakterini canlandıran Alexis, bu rolüyle birçok tv ödülünün de (2002-Kadın Oyuncu Dalında Family Television Award, 2005 ve 2006 Komedi Dalında Teen Choice Award) sahibi oldu. Dizinin birinci sezonunda karakterinin aşırı kahve içmesinden dolayı zamanla bundan usanan Alexis, dizide Rory kahve içtiği zaman, artık çay yada kola içmeye başladı ve rolüyle ilgili şunları söyledi:


Bazı kişilik özelliklerinden ve ailesiyle olan ilişkilerinden dolayı Rory karakteriyle kendimi bağdaştırdığımı söyleyebilirim. Zaten bence dizideki aile yapısı ve anne-kız ilişkisini bir çok kişi kendisiyle bağdaştırabilir.


Gillmore Girls’de oynamaya devam ettiği süre içerisinde, Tuck Everlasting (2002-Winifred 'Winnie' Foster rolünde), DysEnchanted (2004-Goldilocks rolünde), Bride & Prejudice (2004-Georgina "Georgie" Darcy rolünde), The Orphan King (2005-Dylan rolünde) ve The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (2005-Lena rolünde) filmlerinde rol aldı. Yine 2005’de ses getiren Bruce Willis, Benicio Del Toro, Jessica Alba ve Brittany Murphy'nin başrollerinde oynadığı Robert Rodrigez filmi Sin City’de ‘Becky’ karakterini canlandırdı. Genelde siyah beyaz olan ancak bazı bölgelerin renklendirildiği filmde Rodrigez, Alexis’in gözlerini çok etkileyici buldu ve böylece Becky karakteri, gözlerinin mavi rengini korudu. Alexis, Becky karakteriyle ilgili olarak ‘Silah taşıyor ve popo tekmeliyor’ demişti.

Amerikan ska punk grubu Less Than Jake’in 2003 yılındaki Anthem albümünün She’s Gonna Break Soon şarkısının klibinde de oynayan Alexis, son olarak 2006 yapımı I'm Reed Fish adlı filmde Kate Peterson karakterini canlandırdı.

Ailesi ve yakın arkadaşları tarafından ‘Kim’ diye çağırılan ve çalışmadığı zamanlarda kitap okumaktan, gezmekten, fotoğraf çekmekten ve ailesi ile zaman geçirmekten zevk alan Alexis, alacak parası olmayanlara kitap yardımı sağlayan First Book adlı organizasyonda da çalışıyor.

2002 yılında Teen People's magazine ‘Hottest Stars Under 25’ listesinde yer alan Bledel, Maxim Magazine’in Hot 100 of 2005 listesinde 87. sırada yer aldı.

Gilmore Girls’deki rol arkadaşı Milo Ventimiglia ile 2006 baharında ayrılmalarından önce, 3.5 yıllık bir birliktelik yaşayan Alexis’in, Sophie adında Malta Chihuahua cinsi bir köpeği var. Alexis, halen 7. sezonu sürmekte olan Gilmore Girls’de oynamaya devam ediyor ve Los Angeles’da yaşıyor.

ALEXIS BLEDEL CANLANDIRDIĞI KARAKTER RORY GİBİ AĞIRBAŞLI BİR GENÇ

Gilmore Girls’ün Rory’si Kimberly Alexis Bledel için oyunculuk, kendi tabiriyle ‘kucağına düşen’ bir fırsat olmuş. Hollywood’un ümit vadeden yetenekleri arasına giren Bledel’in annesi Meksikalı, babası Arjantinli. Ana dili de İspanyolca.
Aşırı utangaç bir çocuk olan Bledel için her şey ailesinin onu 8 yaşında Houston’daki halk tiyatrosuna katılması için desteklemesiyle başladı. Orada Our Town, The Wizard of Oz ve Aladdin gibi yapımlarda rol aldıktan sonra, henüz lisedeyken bir model ajansı tarafından keşfedilip modellik kariyerine başladı. Bu sayede de Tokyo, Milan, New York gibi çok sayıda dünya kentini ziyaret etme şansını yakaladı.

MODELLİKTEN OYUNCULUĞA

New York’ta bir ajansla çalıştığı sırada Rory rolü teklifini almış. O andan itibaren modelliği bırakan Bledel, kariyerini oyunculuk üzerine kurmaya kararlı.
1982 doğumlu genç aktris gençlik filmi Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Jane Austen’in Bollywood uyarlaması Bride and Prejudice, bağımsız film Orphan King ve ülkemize de gelecek olan çizgi roman uyarlaması Sin City’de Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke ve Bill Pulman gibi birçok önemli oyuncuyla beraber çalışma şansını yakaladı.
Ağırbaşlı oluşuyla övgü toplayan Bledel, sorulara yanıt verirken de bu tavrını koruyor.

Birçok tecrübeli oyuncuyla çalışıyorsun. Bu kadar önemli isim arasında ‘işi öğretmek için’ seni kanatlarının altına alan oldu mu?

Doğrudan beni eğitmeye çalışan olmadı; ama hepsi çok tatlı ve destekleyiciydi. Hepsiyle çalışmak bir zevkti. Dizide dedemi oynayan Ed Herman’la birçok sahnemiz oldu. Bir bölümde beraber golf oynamaya gittik ve kızıyla beraber bana Los Angeles’ı gezdirdiler.

Oynadığın karakter Rory’de kendi özelliklerinden hangilerini görüyorsun?

Etrafında olup biten birçok şeyden bu kadar bağımsız olması sanırım. Şu andan çok lisedeki halimi bana hatırlatıyor.

Gilmore Girls’e başlamadan önce üniversitede bir yıl sinema eğitimi aldın. Eğlence sektöründe gelecek planların neler? Yönetmenliği düşündün mü örneğin?

Eğer yapabilirsem hepsine girmek istiyorum. Çok yazı yazıyorum. Bu nedenle ileride yazıp yönetmeyi çok isterim.

Eğer sadece birini seçme hakkın olsa hangisini yapmayı tercih ederdin, oyunculuk mu modellik mi?

Oyunculuk.

Neden?

Oyunculukta yaptığın işle daha iç içe oluyorsun. İşe daha çok şey katabiliyorsun ve karşılığıysa çok daha ödüllendirici oluyor. Bu, sadece nasıl göründüğün üzerine değil, insanlara hangi duyguları sunduğunla da ilgili. Oyunculuğun birçok açıdan çok daha güçlü bir araç olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Repliklerini nasıl aklında tutuyorsun?

Aslında ezberlemiyorum. Çekime başlamadan önce biraz okuyup en iyisinin gerçekleşmesini umuyorum. Yatmadan önce bir kez üstünden geçip sabah da birkaç kez okurum.
2002 Family Friendly Forum Ödülü’nü kazandığı ilk rolü Rory’den önce New York Tisch okulunda film dalında sürdürdüğü eğitiminin ilk yılını henüz bitirmişti.

GILMORE KIZLARININ MACERALARI SONA ERDİ.

Hayali Stars Hollow kasabasının seçmece ve hafif kaçık sakinleri eşliğinde arkadaşlık, aile ve hayat üzerine esprili bir yapım olan “Gilmore Girls”, kasabanın vazgeçilmez karakterleri anne Lorelai ile kızı Rory’nin yaşamları üzerine odaklanıyor.

Otuzlarındaki Lorelai Gilmore geçmişinde yaptığı hataları, en yakın arkadaşı olan kızı Rory’nin de tekrarlamaması için elinden geleni yapan bir anne. İkisinin de aynı ilgi alanlarına, aynı zekaya, aynı kahve bağımlılığına ve aynı gözlere sahip olduğu düşünülürse aynı tecrübeleri yaşamaları büyük bir olasılık. Rory’nin, Lorelai’dan daha ciddi bir kişiliği olsa da özellikle aşk ilişkilerindeki eğilimleri annesinin kızı olduğunu gösteriyor.



Eh, tabii ne de olsa onlar beraber büyüdü. Lorelai hamile kalıp bebeğini yalnız büyütmeye karar verdiğinde henüz 16 yaşındaymış. Bu karar, aristokrat ailesinde deprem etkisi yaratmış. Lorelai ailesinin gösterişli evine çok da uzak olmayan Stars Hollow’da tek başına ayakta kalmayı başarmış. Kızı Rory’nin ünlü Chilton okuluna kabul edilmesiyle, belki de ilk kez çaresiz kalarak yüklü okul parasını temin etmek için ailesinin kapısını çaldı. Babası Richard ve annesi Emily, cuma akşamları beraber yemek yemeleri karşılığında yardım etmeyi kabul ettiler. Sonrasında Chilton'u başarıyla bitiren Rory, yakın zamana kadar eğitimine Yale'de devam ediyordu. Geçen sezon sonunda ani bir kararla okula devam etmeme kararı almasıyla birlikte yaşanan kavgadan sonra annesinin yanından ayrıldı. En iyi arkadaş anne kızın arası şu sıra bozuk, ama yeni sezonun neler getireceği belli olmaz. Dizide çözüme ulaşamayan düğümlerden biri olan Luke ve Lorelai ilişkisi ise yedinci sezonda sonuçlanıyor.

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants II

Bir zamanlar, bir pantolonu paylaşan dört kız vardı. Kızların herbirinin ölçüleri farklıydı ama gene de Pantolon hepsine uyuyordu. Bunun bir şehir efsanesi olduğunu düşünebilirsiniz. Fakat ben, bunun gerçek olduğunu biliyorum çünkü ben de onlardan biriyim; Gezgin Pantolon Kardeşliği’nin üyelerinden biri. Gezgin Pantolon’dan önce, birbirimizden ayrı kaldığımızda nasıl bir arada olabileceğimizi bilmiyorduk. Oysa ilişkimiz, birlikte geçirdiğimiz süreden daha büyük, daha güçlü ve daha uzundu. Bunu ayrı geçirdiğimiz ilk yaz anlamıştık. Bütün sene, bir sonraki yazın bize neler getireceğini dört gözle bekledik. Biz kendi işlerimizle uğraşırken, Pantolon sakince Carmen’in dolabının üst rafında yaşadı. O, bir yaz pantolonuydu; buna oybirliği ile karar vermiştik. Yaşamlarımızı her zaman yazlarla belirliyorduk. Ancak bütün o sonbahar, kış ya da ilkbahar günlerinde O’nu bir kez bile düşünmememe karşın, Carmen’in dolabında kıvrılmış, O’na yeniden ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda mucizelerini gerçekleştirmek üzere bizi bekliyordu. Bu yaz, geçen yazdan daha farklı başladı. Virginia’daki bir koleje sinema eğitimi almak için giden Tibby haricinde hepimiz yazı evlerimizde geçireceğimizi düşünüyorduk. Oysa kısa bir süre sonra, Pantolon’un gezmediği zaman nasıl da mucizeler gerçekleştirdiğini gördük. Bee, bu güne kadar, değiştirmek istemeyeceği bir plan ile karşılaşmamıştı. Bu nedenle, daha en başından yazımız beklediğimiz gibi başlamadı.
