Avustralyalı oyuncu Nicole Kidman, country müzik yıldızı Keith Urban'la nişanlandı.

People dergisinin haberinde, Kidman´ın, iyiniyet elçisi olarak destek verdiği BM Kadınlar için Kalkınma Fonunun (UNIFEM) düzenlediği bir gecede, gazetecilere nişanlandığını söylediği belirtildi.

Kidman'ın, geceye birlikte katıldığı Urban için, 'O benim nişanlım, buraya erkek arkadaşımla gelmezdim' dediği kaydedildi. İkisi de 38 yaşında olan Urban ve Kidman'ın menajerlerinin, çiftin nişanlandığını doğrulayan bir açıklama yapmadıkları belirtildi. Oscar ödüllü oyuncu Nicole Kidman ve Tom Cruise, 10 yıl süren evliliğin ardından 2001 yılında şiddetli geçimsizlik nedeniyle boşanmıştı.

Baz Luhrmann’ın 2. Dünya Savaşı öncesi Avustralya’sında geçecek olan romantik bir hikayeyi beyazperdeye taşıyacağını bilmeyen kalmadı. The Hollywood Reporter’ın haberine göre; geçtiğimiz günlerde projeden ayrılan Russell Crowe’un yerini Hugh Jackman almakta gecikmedi.

Luhrmann’ın adını henüz belirlemediği, senaryosundan ise kısa ipuçları verdiği filmde Russell Crowe-Nicole Kidman ikilisini izleyeceğimizi düşünerek epey heyecanlanmıştık. Ancak Crowe, yapımcı stüdyo 20th Century Fox’la anlaşmazlıklar yaşayınca projeden elini eteğini çekti.

Kidman’ın İngiliz bir aristokratı canlandıracağı ve ülkeyi at sırtında baştan başa geçmek zorunda kalacağı hikeyede Jackman da onun yolculuğundan sorumlu olacak genç adam olarak karşımıza çıkacak.

Corwe’un gidişiyle üzülmüş olsak da Jackman’ın gelişiyle heyecanımız doruğa çıktı. Wolverine’in Kidman’ın yanına en az Crowe kadar yakışacağını şüphe yok.

PREMIERE: You won an Oscar for playing Virginia Woolf, and now you're portraying another troubled artist, photographer Diane Arbus, in Steven Shainberg's Fur.
Fur is an imaginary portrait, not a biography. It's about a woman who's in an existence that is very domestic, and she has this creative soul that has to be released. It covers this very, very small period, and it's using Arbus as inspiration, really. It's more about the unknown, about seeking out ways in which you're going to express yourself in the world.

Why is it called Fur?
Robert Downey Jr. is covered in fur. [laughs] I said that so matter-of-factly because I saw him every day for three months. I don't find it at all odd.

It sounds a little tricky.
I suppose it seems completely bizarre, but I don't think it will be once you see it. If you look at Secretary [Shainberg's previous film], I don't think that was difficult to grasp. He's very bold in his storytelling, Steven, which is why it's wonderful to be a part of his world.

Why did you pick The Visiting, which is a loose remake of Invasion of the Bodysnatchers, as your first horror movie since The Others?
I don't know if it's a horror movie. [Director] Oliver [Hirschbiegel, who did Downfall] describes it as a psychological thriller with horror elements. I'm always drawn to women who are having to overcome things or that have something taken away from them. No matter how extraordinary the story, I just always try to base it in truth.

Oscarlı yıldız Nicole Kidman; Keith Urban ile evlendikten sonra ilk kez Red dergisine özel hayatıyla ilgili bir röportaj verdi. Evlendikten sonra hayatının tamamıyla değiştiğini söyleyen yıldız ekliyor: Şimdi gerçek benliğime kavuştum, ben oldum!.

Bu yıl Nicole Kidman'ın hayatında köklü değişiklikler meydana geldi. Güzel yıldız, önce uzun süredir birlikte olduğu nişanlısı Avustralyalı country müzik şarkıcısı Keith Urban ile evlendi ve ardından Los Angeles'taki şaşaalı yaşamından vazgeçerek, kocasıyla birlikte Urban'ın memleketi olan Nashville kasabasına yerleşti. * Bundan önce sanki bir kulede yaşıyormuş gibiydim, insanların içinde ama onlardan, gerçeklikten çok uzaktaydım, şimdi düze indim. Etrafımda binlerce insan olması beni ben olmaktan uzaklaştırmıştı.
* Şimdi tekrar Sidney'de büyüyen o küçük Nicole'e geri döndüm, gerçek benliğime kavuştum. Saatlerce ata biniyor, parklarda yürüyüş yapıyorum. Şöhretten uzak sakin bir hayatım var.
* Kendi alışverişimi kendim yapıyorum, evde bulaşıklarla yemeklerle ben ilgileniyorum, bu tür işler için yardımcı tutmadım.

ANLAŞMA YAPTIK
* Keith ile evliliğimizin özel kalmasını istedik ama herkes merak ettiği için düğün fotoğrafımızı basına verdik.
* Kocamla bir anlaşma yaptık; hiçbir şey bizim mutluluğumuzdan daha önemli değil, bu yüzden birbirimizle ilgili koruyacak çok fazla değerimiz var.
* Yaşlandığım zaman yaptığım her şeyle gurur duymak istiyorum.
* Birleşmiş Milletler Kadın Gelişim Fonu'na (UNIFEM) üyeyim. Ailem her zaman etrafında neler olup bittiğiyle ilgilenen insanlarla dolu. Teyzem terapist, annem hemşire ve babam psikolog. İnsanlara yardım etmek bana ailemden geçen bir istek.

Ünlü oyuncu Nicole Kidman, BM iyi niyet elçisi olarak dün 2 günlük ziyaret amacıyla Kosova'nın başkenti Priştine'ye geldi.

İtalya'nın başkenti Roma'daki bir film festivalinde "Fur" adlı filminin galasına katıldıktan sonra Priştine'ye geçen güzel oyuncu, yaptığı açıklamada, Kosova'ya halkın sesi olmak için geldiğini söyledi.

Priştine'nin merkezindeki oteline yürüyerek giderken halkın büyük coşkusuyla karşılaşan Kidman, burada BM yetkilileri, yerel liderler ve diplomatların hazır bulunduğu bir hoşgeldin resepsiyonuna katıldı.

Bu yılın başında BM Kadınlar için Kalkınma Fonu'nun (UNIFEM) iyi niyet elçisi seçilen Kidman, seçilmesinden sonra ilk ziyaretini Kosova'ya yapmış oldu.

Ünlü oyuncu Nicole Kidman şu sıralar vaktinin çoğunu alkol tedavisi gören eşi Keith Urban'ın yanında geçiriyor. Geçtiğimiz günlerde yine eşini ziyarete giden Kidman, Urban'a hamile olduğunu söyledi ve uyardı: "İçkiden bir an önce kurtul!".

Çiçeği burnunda gelin Nicole Kidman'ın evliliğine nazar değdi. Uzun yıllardır aşk hayatında bir türlü aradığını bulamayan güzel yıldız, sonunda mutluluğu Avustralyalı country müzik şarkıcısı Keith Urban'da bulmuştu. Bu mutluluğunu evlilikle taçlandıran Kidman, ünlü aktör Tom Cruise'dan sonra yaptığı ikinci evliliğinde de ne yazık ki aradığını bulamadı. Uzun süre uyuşturucu ile başı dertte olduğu bilinen Keith Urban, evlendikten sonra da saplandığı alkol bağımlılığından kurtulmaya çalışıyordu.

Bebek tek umudu

Kendi başına alkol batağından kurtulamayan ünlü şarkıcı, sonunda alkol tedavisi için bir rehabilitasyon merkezine yatmaya karar verdi. Ekim sonunda Kaliforniya'daki Betty Ford Kliniği'ne yatan Urban, o günden beri tedavi görüyor. Bu süre içerisinde Nicole Kidman eşini hiç yalnız bırakmıyor. Yeni film projelerini bile rafa kaldıran Oscarlı yıldız, geçtiğimiz günlerde yine eşini ziyarete gitti. Sık sık Urban'a sarıldığı görülen güzel oyuncu, eşine verdiği bir müjdeyle onu sevindirdi. En başından beri Nicole Kidman'a bu acıları yaşattığı için çok üzülen Keith Urban, yakın çevresine bu habere çok sevindiğini ancak zamanlamanın çok kötü olduğunu söyledi. Oscarlı ünlü aktris Nicole Kidman, "Australia" adlı yeni filminde sığırlarını kurtarmak için yola düşen toprak sahibi zengin bir aristokratı canlandıracak.

Empire dergisinin internet sitesindeki habere göre, 2001 yılındaki "Kırmızı Değirmen-Moulin Rouge" adlı yapımdan bu yana yönetmen koltuğuna oturmayan Baz Luhrman, yeni filminde yine Nicole Kidman ile birlikte çalışacak.

Filmde, Kidman’ın rol arkadaşı, "X-Men" serisinin ünlü oyuncusu Hugh Jackman olacak. Film, İkinci Dünya Savaşı sırasında toprak sahibi bir aristokratın (Nicole Kidman), sığırlarının tehlikeye düşmesi üzerine onları da yanına alarak bütün ülkeyi kapsayan bir maceraya atılmasını ve bu yolculuğa sürüyü güden bir kovboyun (Hugh Jackman) da katılmasını konu alıyor.

Filmin çekimlerine gelecek yıl Mart ayında başlanması ve yapımın 2008’de gösterime girmesi planlanıyor.
